Check in was excellent, completed in minutes and everything was explained, to check out times, breakfast times and prices. Plus local area and underground.

Room was excellent, clean, tidy, spacious and more. Very pleased. 

Evening meal in the rising Suns, staff was great! Service was great, food was great... 

Unlimited breakfast - lots for choice!

Excellent weekend stay

Me and my family we went to Croxley Green because we could not find space in Watford Central and I am very happy for this lucky chance that gave me the opportunity to be greated by a polite gentleman in his 50s so welcoming and professional. Clean and spacious room for me and my 2 kids. Good breakfast, close to the station.

Nice hotel

Everything you need. Quick and easy check in, clean rooms and friendly staff. We were greeted by a guy( I believe the manager) who was very nice and helpful when we asked about directions. The restaurant was decent when it was open. Unfortunately the restaurant wasn’t open for the entire of our stay. But I understand the restaurant is separate from the hotel so it doesn’t stop me recommending the hotel to anyone who needs a decent night stay.

Everything you need

The hotel has a big parking. Receptionist was very polite , the manager was professional and charming. 
Spacious room and comfortable mattress.
Good breakfast and perfect location.
We stored our luggage and kept the car in the car park to go visit Watford that is a very pleasant city with a rich high street.

Very food hotel

The room was lovely and we had a great nights sleep but an extra chair would have been good, just one chair between two.  Only got one teaspoon between two which meant as I drink coffee and husband drinks tea had to keep rinsing spoon before each of us used it.  Liked the fact that as we were staying four nights they didn’t clean the room daily but you had to request a room clean by noon, this is much better for the environment.  The evening meals were lovely and well priced.  It’s a pity about the breakfast which had cold food, the skin on the baked beans made them unappetising and the dried up eggs and mushrooms were also unappetising.  The sausage wasn’t good and along with the bacon was fa to greasy.  Premier inn breakfast used to be lovely but if this is their standard now then I think I need to find a better place to stay

Awful breakfast

Chose this hotel for easy walking distance into Bushey and Watford and bus route to Watford Junction. Standard premier Inn, as always lovely comfy bed and decent pillows, which ordinarily would have been a great nights sleep, unfortunately our room was right next to the stairs and the door bangs every time someone opens it, we were woken up from 06.30 each morning leaving us exhausted 

Great location

This really let down the premier inn chain.
Poor cleanliness in the bathroom and extremely noisy  extraction fan in bathroom that the safe must have heard when cleaning.
Poor heating control of the room 

Disappointing

I can’t fault the hotel but our room was near the stairs and was very noisy all night until about 4am, the location was good and bar next door was very good, if you stay ask for a room away from the stairs 

Lovely hotel but we had a noisy room

Clean today hotel, exactly what we needed for our short stay in London. Breakfast was made so enjoyable by Jane and her team. Although working under big pressure whilst being short staffed, Jane worked so hard making sure everything was available for the guests to choose from, nothing was too much trouble. Her friendly professional attitude is a pleasure to see. Keep up the great work Jane.

Super happy with the accessible room I requested had everything I need and super spacious. Very friendly staff couldn't be happier . Extra bonus had a restaurant attached so everything was under one room and didn't need to leave the hotel,10/10
