Just DON’T should be all that needs to be said. Obviously the people in charge of franchises never inspect properties and only give responses to reviews then drop it. Posting pictures they speak volumes. I honestly can’t believe the High Point University location is allowed to operate. 
Filthy, run down, bugs, and the list of issues goes on and on and on.

JUST DON’T DO IT!!!!

I wouldn’t want anyone to stay there! The place was filthy, no hot water, no water pressure. The toilet was filthy, only 1 screw on toilet seat, found hair, and a old contact lens on it. The shower curtain Rod was Bailey holding. 
We left told the front desk person about it and we were leaving and wanted our card credited back. She told us that she was going to credit it back. We will see about that!!!!

The hotel has roaches. Plentiful, don’t leave any food out or and sweet drink. You’ll wake up to them for sure! And I only stayed two nights. The room itself was cleaned so poorly. The ice bucket lid was filled with crud and dust! The bed had burn holes on the mattress protector! Housekeeping entered the room on numerous occasions after we denied housekeeping services, not to mention the last incident of them entering the room they left the door stopped open with the lock while I had left! I was very upset because I had things on value in the room. I spoke to staff and no one was understanding of the situation other than the lady at the front desk. I also feel someone bilingual or able to comprehend and communicate English better would help too , every conversation I had was difficult. Last for any women who may be staying alone please watch your surroundings. My significant other noticed that two males watched me exit our car and then proceed to walk from a car towards me until they turned back around to get in their car after my boyfriend got out. Could be nothing , could be something. Just be safe. EVERYONE. 

Only good thing is the price.

By far the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The hallways were filthy, the elevator was disgusting.  Once we made it to the room and opened the door is when the smell hit you smack in the face. The a/c was filth with fungus growing and barley running with duct tape holding it together. Plastic bag over the smoke detector toilet seat broken and bed hard as a board.  I made the mistake of lifting the mattress. Don’t ever do that again smh 

Long drive late arrival desperate for a room 

This was the most disgusting room my husband and I have ever stayed in.  If we hadn't arrived so late after 15hrs of driving, we would have walked out. 
The bathroom walls were full of black mildew  over most of the walls and in the shower, peeling paint and a broken toilet seat. The TV didn't work, the a/c clicked on and off all night, stains on the ceiling, mattresses were hard as a rock, the sink area was just gross, and the wall kleenex container broke and fell off.  It appeared as if they attempted to upgrade and ran out money.......it was just a filthy, gross room. 
The only reason I gave it one star is because they are pet friendly.  We couldn't wait to check out after a few hours of sleep. 
Never again, Red Roof Inns. 

Disgusting Room

Check in was a breeze the lady at the front desk by the Name of terri was very helpful and friendly and was willing to answer any questions we may have had. There was a gentlemen in the office that was giving her a hard time but I think she handled the situation very well. People don't give customer service reps enough credit for what they go through or have to deal with on a daily basis. So hats off to Radha for remaining respectful and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay at this location again.

Great place RED ROOF INN high point

Room was very clean and the 2 beds were very relaxing. Kids slept well... Good amount of lights in the room AC unit was great ! specially it was so hot in Greensboro Welcoming and friendly front desk employees. Internet connectivity was good. Stayed at the Redroof inn high point.on our way to Myrtle Beach. Was very clean staff was friendly and they took the coupon from the hotel book. Price was very good compared to everyone else.

Nice and clean

I stayed in this red roof with my family, hotel rooms are clean and comfortable, also provided complimentary breakfast, the location was so peaceful and people working there are so kind and helpful. If you willing to stay with family and friends this place is good. It also have a swimming pool.

It was an amazing stay, the owner was friendly and cooperative. 
We had an amazing experience and made our trip relaxing and efficient. 
The pool was clean. The room and toilet were in excellent condition.
Breakfast was refreshing and soothing. 
I highly recommend to stay at this hotel especially if you are in a group.

Great place for friend trip and solo stay.

We had made reservations at the Red Roof Inn in High Point last night. It's easily the most appallingly awful place we've ever stayed. And we're not particularly fussy. When we got in, we waited for someone to show up and check us in. So an old, grouchy guy of indeterminate ethnicity appeared behind the desk, and growled out... uh... something. Something we couldn't understand, and I'm usually pretty good at understanding thick accents. Finally, we discerned that we were to wait there until someone else came along. So we waited. And in a few minutes, someone else of indeterminate ethnicity came along. He also had a thick accent, and it sounded like he was either a.) drunk, or b.) had just had dental work done that made it so we really couldn't understand him. Finally a very nice young lady came from somewhere and we checked in. We were a little suspicious about the sign at the desk that said, "NO REFUNDS AFTER CHECK-IN." Eventually, though, we went to our room. On the way to the room, three of the rooms we passed had barking and howling dogs in them. I can only think they were service dogs, because I don't want to think that perhaps there was a dog-fighting tournament taking place in there somewhere. The whole place had some sort of odd and unpleasant smell.

Supposedly there was wi-fi, although I was unable to connect either of the wi-fi networks... but according to my tablet and my phone, there was a decent signal on both. In the room, the sink was dirty and the counter on the vanity was sticky. Ewww. At least the bed was comfortable, and we had a good night sleep. There was no coffee in the room, so my wife went downstairs to find some. The continental breakfast that had been advertised was non-existent. She asked at the desk, and was told that all they had was decaf. Decaf is as useful as alcohol-free beer. But I drank it anyway and it tasted like it had been sitting in a storage room since 1957. The woman ahead of my wife  in line was justifiably angry because the sheets in her room were dirty and obviously had not been changed for a long time. They handed her a set of clean sheets and told her she would have to change the sheets herself because they weren't going to do it! I went back online today and looked at the reviews, and they were uniformly awful. So if you ever find yourself in High Point, North Carolina, DO NOT stay at the Red Roof Inn.
