Owner personally greets each arriving guest party, which is especially important if they are towing OHV's, watercraft or other gear.  When he saw me in the Tesla he directed me to park in one  of the charging bays and I was assigned an adjacent room to ease the unloading.  This is one of a series of smaller hamlets below Parker Dam offering a respite from the hustle and bustle of Lake Havasu City for a more intimate experience of the Colorado River where it narrows between a dramatic landscape offering many recreation opportunities.

Tried to cancel due to Covid and owner yelled at me over the phone. I seriously have never been treated so unprofessionally.  He wouldn't let me talk, continued to berate me, call me names and hung up on me.  I honestly don't know how this guy is in business. I have never stayed on property and never will. Worst customer service ever.

We had a great stay at Harbour Inn! It offered us everything we needed! Full kitchen had everything you might need. Ample parking for towing a trailer! Quiet and clean! Nice to sit out in the evenings at patio tables! Staff very nice and accommodating .

I've been here multiple times with the old manage man and I enjoyed it a lot but with the new management they do not clean the rooms right it seemed like in my Room I had the same bedding there was stains on it and I ended up leaving that night go to a hotel elsewhere because that Room is disgusting then the and the out the trash from the last gassed the management here and now sucks

Horrible service

I can't believe I was able to get something so reasonable (especially for the size of the room). Sitting area, small dining area, really nice brand new full kitchen and bath. But it was the wonderful welcoming touches that they added that made it extraordinary. Yes, they provide a waffle iron, but they also give you mix and syrup. They have a bowl of snacks and water in the fridge. The manager was EXTREMELY accomodating.  Gave us a choice of room styles and was really helpful.  Clean and neat. Can't wait to visit there again.

Remarkable value; hidden "gem"!

We stayed in a spacious one bedroom unit that had a full kitchen.  What I enjoyed was the walk in shower!  This is a great place for an overnighter or a little longer.  It is about a half hour from Havasu and about ten miles into Parker for any amenities you may want.

Great little motel

Family of 6, 3 rooms, 2 nights.  What a clean, nice, comfortable place to stay! Kitchen facilities were beyond perfect , unlike most other inns, hotels, etc.  We will certainly stay here again.  Owner great to all of us and most accommodating.

Angels Roost Band played weekend at Foxs Resort and stayed here for 3 nights

Room was clean and welcoming. Being at the outskirts of Parker it was beautiful and quiet only issue was our tv only had one station and the managers tried to get someone from cable out to fix it but that didn’t pan out. Can’t blame them for things out of their control.

Nice room

Ken and Denise are the best!!!!  Very clean and confortable room with Kitchen,  spemtt 3 nites  , brother and sister in law had room next door. Had small family get together and it was perfect.  Not a lot to do but enjoyed driving around river and parks.  Will be back, very friendly people

Perfect Hosts

Excellent place to stay clean, modern and even has a waffle maker which the syrup and mix was made available.  Bed comfortable and price was right.  Nearby great restaurants and Golf.  High recommend for family or couples.
