The dirtiest hotel you have ever seen. The floor was soaking wet, and it smelled like they burned incense to cover the mold smell. Bedding was awful. The couch looked like it was taken from a dumpster. Just bad. Do not stay here. 

Gross!!!!

This Days Inn provided what I want while traveling for work- a nice, clean, comfortable room. Sure, it  shows a little wear and tear. But, it also costs $50 a night less the more up to date hotels. I'll take the savings and enjoy my room all the more.

This is a good worker's hotel. Fine for me and my co-workers. I'd spend a little more for a bit nicer place if my wife was with me but this Days Inn is above average. I'll add this hotel to my "When in the Area Stay Here" list. Better than up the road in Blytheville.

A strong 3, especially for a lower cost location

I have stayed at this facility a number of times in the past and have been mostly satisfied with the services provided. This visit was no exception.  I had a second floor room to be sure noise would be less as my last visit was marred by late night noise in the room above me. 

The room was clean and supplied with plenty of towels and other amenities.  The Wi-Fi worked fine and even though the a/c unit was a bit noisy, the room stayed cool despite temps in the 90s outside.   The bed was comfortable and the TV was fine.  

I would stay again

Another good stay.

Everything looks old.  The cleaning people will come to knock on your door when they want to clean up.  They came to wake us up at 7AM and came back again at 9:30AM.  They should have checked with the front to see if we checked out.  The front desk lady was not behind the desk - she was sitting on the couch and working on her phone.  Turn on the light at the dining hall and leave the coffee available.  The hotel looks like they are closed.  Not welcoming.

"Don't Expect Anything"

The property looks used and never updated. I didn't meet anyone employed there who acted happy to be there. Front desk lady had single word answers to my questions. It seemed everyone was just killing time.

Tired property

Our room was very clean and comfortable, but the whole area was infested with mosquitoes. I spent 30 minutes squashing them in the room, and we were still eaten alive!  No, we did not leave the door open.

Needs to be cleaned and updated desperately. Hair in bathroom, on bed spread. Thank goodness I bring my own items to use but still. Will hopefully never have to return. Also no internet available why I was there.

Good: location, convenience, pricing, pet friendly and a reasonable pet fee, beds were comfortable, basic in room amenities, friendly staff, grounds were well maintained, good internet, vending machines were reasonably priced, small to go breakfast of fruit, coffee, juice and peanut butter crackers available to take with us. 
Not so good: the facility is old and antiquated, looks very rundown. Some construction visible possible due to a recent storm. Room was not very clean. Our sink was dirty when we arrived, almost as if it had not been cleaned at all. Splashes of what looked like toothpaste on the mirror, sink and faucet handle. We went to front desk to ask if someone could properly clean it and no one was available nor did they have any cleaning supplies to offer. Most of the other areas looked as though they were just wiped with a sheet, as there was lint all over the appliances, desks etc. and surfaces were a little sticky! The interiors of the room could use a fresh coat of paint and some carpet shampoo. 

Cleanliness needs improved

Overall they need to do some upgrades. Need to use a lemon fresh cleaning supplies. Great location however need more places to stay. Also the breakfast was not ready no they did not have food after they said breakfast was going to be served.

I have never stayed in a older hotel as clean as this one! No crud in corners! All was crisp & clean! I did not even mind walking on floor with bare feet and for me to do that - is a huge complement to the cleaning staff!
