Every time I try to stay here it is booked.  I finally got in this last time.  Good for the working man.  Breakfast is not much, but the beds are good and the staff is friendly.  Great parking area.  Clean and tidy outside.

The staff is AMAZING!!!! Because of Covid19 my husband, my so and I were the only ones staying at the hotel, the receptionist greeted us with a welcoming smile, the room was clean and even though it was just us three, breakfasts was made just for us nice and fresh. I was so impressed. Thank you!

Stayed here for one night on business. When first settling into my room I always check the bed and as soon as I pull the sheets back several bed bugs scatter. The bathroom shower has broken items and missing parts to the fixtures along with stained carpet and rust stained fixtures and stained paint. Ended up just sleeping in my vehicle since business was super early in morning. Direct reflection on slack/poor management for this establishment. No accountability. Don’t stay here. Notified my company of same issues and recommended they not do business with this spot anymore.

I stay freqently at this hotel.  Its a good location for going to Boothville or having business on the West Bank, but don't want the traffic/noise.  Good accomidations.  and great service.

Good for the Night

I have been coming here since they opened and was very pleased with the service at first but there has been some apparent management changes and cost cutting recently.  We drove right by it last week because the sign wasn't lit.  (The staff told us they don't turn it on in order to save money).  The internet is so slow it isn't usable.  The carpets and furniture are worn and haven't been replaced in years.  Even though most of their clients are construction workers or fishermen like us and are up and out of there before six, they still don't offer any kind of breakfast before 7:00, coffee was not even available.  So I'm not certain who is eating the breakfast buffet.  Unfortunately the construction workers track mud onto the floors constantly, so it is impossible for the staff to keep them clean.

QUALITY HAS GONE DOWN HILL

My fishing colleagues and myself started visiting this location on our yearly fishing trip in 2012. It was a great location at that time with motivated staff it was very clean and we enjoyed our stay tremendously. 2012 2013 2014 and 2015 the hotel has been great it started a downturn in 2016 2017 was about the same 2018 is starting to get worse 2019 it was terrible. Whoever has this franchise should not be allowed to run the hotel there wasn't even food in the concession refrigerators by the front desk no juice around or anything in case of an emergency for a diabetic or something like that which every Hotel should have. I feel sorry for the staff the place was horribly mildewed they were lizards running through the hallway and in the bathrooms it was hard to believe needless to say there armadillos running out from under a car who we get in the parking lot.

We had a group of 19 people who stayed in this hotel the air condition did not work and none of the rooms each and every room was hot as could be told the lady downstairs she changed one of our guests into another room with that a condition was even worse than the one he left so it was no need for everybody to try to change room we should have changed hotels

As a scientist who inspected oyster leases in the Port Sulfur area for a new client following a vessel navigation issue, the Microtel Inn provided an ideal location from which to operate our field assessment activities. Thanks for helping to make my business trip to Port Sulfur very successful.

Professional accomodations in Belle Chasse

Nice and quiet but far from the hustle and bustle. I only stayed their my family had most of the rooms there. It was a little far for us to travel but it was kind of worth it. I would stay there again.
