Nice enough little motel.  Clean, comfy beds, good A/C, coffee maker, fridge.  Small room and no microwave.  Plenty of ice.  Must arrive by 9:00 to check in at store.  Microwave would be nice in the lobby with the ice machine.  

Cheapest option in expensive area

Stayed on night room was clean.  Lots of motorcycles and people hangin in lot but our room was on other side.  I forgot a person item in room.  Staff confirmed they have it.  I offered to pay to have it reurned but manager has not returned my 3 trys to call over 4 days.  
Would've rated rated higher but dissapointed of loosing a small item but has personal value

Room was nice but manager won't return a call for a lost personal item

We came in and the room was very hot. We tried to turn on the air conditioner, but it didn't work. We waited for more than an hour.

Poor price-quality ratio too expensive

Items of note:
- The office closes at 10:00 PM so get there before closing.
The manager left a key so we could access the room but there was no one in the office to change our room when the A/C was found to have failed.

- Our room had broken A/C. It was more than 100*F in the room.
The on-site staff tried to get the A/C running. After some fiddling the A/C ran for about 15 minutes then quit again. We opened the windows and hoped the breeze would help. After an hour I started tinkering with the A/C and managed to get it started again and run long enough to cool the room.

- Attempts by the on-site personnel to contact the manager went unanswered.
The on-site staff tried to contact the manager without success. She did not have access to the office to change our room. It was late and we were stuck.

- The rooms are compact
The rooms are on the small side but were very clean and tidy. I appreciate a clean floor/carpet.

Clean and tidy but...

For the money, I expected more. Small rooms in a prefab building with no view and no breakfast. The bed had a bad sag, but the room was clean and the wifi worked. Fortunately, we were here for only one night.

Disappointing for the price

Older Mom and Pop Style hotel but nicely upgraded with Street appeal!
      Room check in at hotel by May was Swift and friendly!
    Later when I got to my room and realized my phone was at 6%(!), I became frantic when I realized I had left the charger end of my phone cord in the wall at my last stop! But she quickly resolved the problem with a replacement to borrow, and saved the day!
     Nice, quiet, comfortable room toward the back of the complex. Only small complaint was that the free Wifi would show connected but left a strong signal. Would stay here again!

Nice room...right on my route!

Of course, in Bluff we don't have much choice in the hostel side...but there are several establishments, especially don't go here! We got scammed, I can't find any other words. It's a typical motel, it's not undignified but it's like all the others, old and dated but clean. No, the scam was the bedding. On the site it said A big double bed, look at the photo I took, it's screaming! So wanting to change rooms, the boss expressed her refusal, she told us, which could be complete. If you don't have the choice, check Two beds! No, she won't do anything for us, I slept on the floor of the covers, it's gonna be mineable.

It's a zero.

A hotel by the way to visit Monument Valley, next to a gas station that sells very high-end pizzas.The room and bathroom were great.They had an ice machine.There was little coverage.We had to leave early and we couldn't taste the breakfast, a pity.

A good option

KOKOPELLI INN is ideal for staying overnight, for example on the way from Monument Valley to Moab. Parking is free, the simple breakfast is included. The room was very clean and tidy.

Good and cheap

We had read reviews of this roadside property before coming that had noted that its rooms were small.  That understates it: our room was downright tiny, to the point that it was hard for us to fit both of us into it and move around.  I've never before stayed in a motel with rooms so small that not merely the dresser and coat rack, but also the refrigerator, were in the bathroom.  That said, it was workable as a base camp (we weren't going to spend much time in the room anyway) and the staff were pleasant and helpful, although the "continental breakfast" was pretty sketchy.

One other thing: there are tripping hazards all over the place here, most likely because it was built in a time when building codes were not as they are today.  The worst was at the rear entrance to the back building, where there is an abnormally high step from parking lot to room level.  It's well marked with a yellow warning stripe, but that's little help for someone with bad knees, and I stumbled over it repeatedly.  This, more than the small room size, is mainly responsible for my poor rating.  This said, it worked OK as a base for hiking the beautiful country nearby.
