In town for a game at Mizzou and there is Nothing quality about this hotel at all. It’s a disgrace to charge 150$ a night for this dump. Dirty lobby, disgusting hallways. The woodwork in the rooms are all scratched up and the room smells musty. Lights burnt out in the bathroom and the towels literally were covered in some type of black substance. What cleaning staff puts those out and thinks that’s ok ??? We are contemplating sleeping in our car for the rest of the night. I do not expect fancy but I expect a hotel room to be clean. This should be shut down. Lights all burnt out in the lobby also. Do not stay here for any reason.

Not good, I rated one star because the breakfast was ok. Start off I waited to check in while the desk clerk was sitting in the next room playing on his phone.  When he did notice me, not all that friendly. Next the room we had reserved 2 Q with sofa bed. Room had a stale odor, Opened the mini frig the framing fell off, the inside the bathroom door must have had a animal locked it as the finish was all scratched off down to the wood, the sofa bed was pulled out and unable to put back in to use the sofa to watch TV, The hot tub was broke at the pool, lights where off in the pool area the carpet looked dirty, the hallways needed work. The pictures for this motel must have been when it opened not current. It was a poor excuse for the Quality Inn brand.  Where in area to go to Budweiser Warm Spring Ranch (enjoyed), should have stayed in Columbia not that much farther away.

The staff was nice. The rooms were clean and the air conditioning was cold. This was a quick overnight stay. We got in kinda late which made parking a challenge since we were towing a car trailer.  So we ended up parking in the grass. So if you are towing and staying at this location I suggest you get there before dark so you don't have issues with parking.

This property is in desperate need of a remodel and the rooms are very small! We might have toughed it out if the overwhelming smell of Pine Sol wasn't making us sick. From reading old reviews I now know that it was to cover up the previously complained of smoke and mildew smells. We lasted 30 minutes.

Gross!!!   My first room was 201 and after going up the elevator on the completely opposite end of the hotel and tried to get through a construction site, my room smelled horrible of mold and mildew.  I opened the window and it still didn’t help so I went down and asked to be moved to another room that has just been remodeled and what do you know it smells like mold and mildew too. Never would stay here again and I doubt if. Will ever get that smell out of my nose!!  Thumbs down 👎🏿

There’s nothing really wrong with this hotel, but it certainly doesn’t meet the standards typically associated with the “Quality Inn” level of Choice hotels. It’s more on the level of a “Comfort Inn”. Bottom line is, it’s a comfortable stay but nothing special.

Walked in the room with ac blasting even though it was cold and miserable out. Now I see why. Room reeks of mold and mildew! Can’t believe I was ripped off for over $170 plus a pet fee! Disgusting! It’s 2:30 Am and I will probably spend the rest of the night in the car!

There is some interstate/exit construction work being done.  If you come from the south, you will have to make an u-turn after you get off the exit.  Google maps will tell you to make a left turn.  Did I confuse you?  Just use common sense, you'll see.
Breakfast was delightful.  It was a treat to get sausage gravy even though it was a little bit cold (I microwaved it).   Only 2% milk offered.
If you are picky about coffee, bring your own.   The quality hotel packets are the cheapest coffee I have ever had.   Downstairs coffee w/ breakfast seemed normal ok.
Parking lot is big and well lit.
Always at hotels make sure you push the door shut.  Ladies traveling alone, call ahead and ask about side doors.   I don't think they restricted access at night with a room key - not sure.   I don't think they "clanked closed".
I'm pretty fed up with being charged a hold of $40  to $100 every time I stay at a hotel.  I guess I just have to get used to this.   I'm a privilege member and I don't think I should be charged this.  I stayed one night on Thursday and today is Monday and the temporary charge is STILL there.

The room was acceptable.  The location was acceptable.  The service was not.  There were extra charges added to our credit card after we had prepaid.  No explanation except that prepay must not have covered everything.  No refund offered.  Customer service and satisfaction does not matter.

Easy access from interstate, poor service

Traveling East from Colorado we stopped at this hotel at about 6:00 p.m. a room was on the second floor. Although this hotel states that it is a non-smoking hotel, our room had a strong odor of smoke immediately when opening the door. The bathroom look like the toilet had not been flushed after somebody urinated in it. Unsure if this room had been used in a while, although the hotel later stated it was at full capacity. Luckily I had Clorox wipes and Lysol spray with me in the car as I wiped down bathroom myself and sprayed Lysol. The floor appeared very dirty as I did not feel comfortable walking around without shoes on. My husband got up through the night to go to the bathroom and walked into a cobweb at the bathroom door.  The only upside to this hotel was the breakfast.
