I am not even sure where to begin. My husband and I checked in on a Wednesday evening. We had driven 12 hours to look at some property the next day. We were told that the room rate was $75 per night. At this point we had no choice we were exhausted. Upon entering the room the smell and stench was disgusting lamps without light bulbs mold above the tub dirty smoke detector broken off the wall socket to plug into was covered with blue tape to hold it in cuz it was broken. The freon was also leaking out of the air heat unit  so that stop working as well  I should have taken more pictures but I didn't . He also got amused two full cans of Lysol . The list just goes on. And at this point I had paid for two nights before we even entered the room knowing we were looking at property we're visiting grandchildren spending the night and then leaving and driving another 12 hours back home. I let the person in the office know what was going on the next morning. They had an attitude and told me I was going to have to speak to the manager. Never saw the manager I said what about the owner didn't get anywhere there either. Upon leaving this morning my husband handed in the card and spoke with them about the situation. They said well we could have given you a different room but offered no type of refund whatsoever I am super upset and I will never stay there again.

This is an older, “motor court” facility, not to be compared to modern, franchise hotels. Room was clean, bed was fine, AC was cold, internet strong, water pressure in shower was just right. It’s time to replace the yellowed fiberglass shower and the ceiling needs painting but neither of these features prevented me from having a nice stay. Centreville/Brent is fortunate to have this option for those who need lodging in the area.

Adequate room for the price

When you pay $50 for a room, expect what you get. Our room smelled clean upon entering and the bed sheets were very good. I noticed just a few body hairs on the bathroom floor which is always a turnoff. The tub was stained reddish at the bottom but felt clean and thoroughly scrubbed. The boxsprings of the first bed in the room had a stain (blood-like) and it was huge. The mattress appeared to be new but the bed sagged in the middle although the one who slept in it did not notice. I could have really loved this place as a great little get away had it not been for the weirdness.

Weird to say the least

Have been staying at this motel for several years when I am in the area. Always reasonable at $50 per night and no pet fee. However, the condition of the rooms are going down. Last visit, the room had a strong smell of bodily order, mattress old and dirty. Mold in the freezer department of the refrigerator and the grounds littered with trash. Will not stay there again.

Have stayed at this motel several times. Only motel in this town, Rooms always 50 dollars per night. Not a fancy place, but is quiet, rooms are cleans. Family owned and operated motel. All personel are friendly.,
