Chelan

Traveling was a bit difficult due to an epic winter storm, but we made it and had a great time. Units are a bit dated, but appliances and lighting/bathroom fixtures have been updated. The kitchen is very well appointed- we made several full blown meals and had all the necessary kitchen tools. My only frustration was with the sleeping/bed layout. We really needed two twin beds in the second bedroom, rather than a full. We were able to use the daybed in the living room as a bed for one of our adult children and there was a sleeper sofa, too. But it would have been nice if no one had to sleep in the living room area. Staff was great a check-in. Sidewalks were shoveled and well maintained. We were even provided a box of duraflame logs to use in the fireplace. I am certain this is a great summer vacation stay, but the winter views were breathtaking. We found a small skiing/boarding/tubing place at Echo Valley and enjoyed the day there one day. The town of Chelan is quaint - many places to shop, eat, have a cup of coffee, beer, wine. Several wineries in the area with tasting rooms - we went to one that had a wine/cheese/chocolate pairing and loved the whole experience.

What a beautiful view!

This a great place to call home while visiting the area. A great staff, friendly and very helpful. A perfect view from the room and very close to downtown Chelan. Very easy to walk around the area and check out the local businesses.

Lake Chelan

Three sisters stayed for 3 nights in late January. Great location for visiting wineries, downtown Chelan and enjoying the peaceful views of the lake. Our 2 bedroom corner unit was very comfortable for 3 people. The kitchen was well equipped and the decor was nicely updated. 


Fun winter break

Completely refurbished unit, on the water and within easy walking distance of Chelan and a river front park.  We didn't need to get into our car to go everywhere which was an extra bonus. New towels and plates, plenty of cooking and serving ware. Great shower pressure.  Genuinely nice check in staff. I plan to go back again and  I don't even own a place. 

An oldy,  but a goody place to stay

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Walk to parks, trails and downtown including the Safeway store. Riverwalk park and free use of bikes, DVD, books and more. The clubhouse was nice and fun to play ping pong and have a fire. Comfortable chairs and nice views. 

Excellent walkability to everything

My wife and I took an anniversary trip to this location and really enjoyed where it was located. Facility was clean. It was easy to hear our neighbors but otherwise our stay was very enjoyable. It is a perfect location in Chelan.

Great location in Chelan

Thanks to covid our trips further afield were cancelled so we stumbled upon Peterson’s not knowing that the moment they post availability it is
Snapped up.  We absolutely loved our week here and feel so lucky we found it.  We had three teens and everyone had their own space thanks to 2 bedrooms And 2 bathrooms plus a sleeper sofa.  The pool and the hot tub was great . The entire place is spotlessly clean And the system of reserving three separate slots of
45 mins each at the pool meant that distancing was possible.  I was sceptical but it really did seem to work given that most guests are timeshare owners who come Every year and know everyone else there!  Access to free paddleboards, kayaks And life vests was a great bonus.  We stayed on most evenings cooking on the deck with stunning lake views and ate out at siren song a few times (a local winery with stunning fees that felt like we were in Tuscany!).  We will definitely be back and having stayed at Campbell’s or the Lakeside lodge suites this is our new favorite.  More space, newly renovated and less units that share the pool and hot tub.  With covid the ability to buy our own
Groceries at Safeway and stay in or use the full kitchen was a real plus.  The staff were all very helpful.  

Amazing vacation

Great place for swimming, hot tubbing, biking with fat tired bikes, walking to town, hiking, boating, good restaurants.  The resort is basic but all rooms have views of the lake and are spacious with a good size kitchen.  Dining room and outdoor lanai both have the view of the lake too.

Lake Chalan resort

The staff here is amazing. They were there for us with what ever we needed. Always there within min of our call.  There is not a lot to do in the winter time unless you like wine tasting. But we so enjoyed the hot tub in the snow. And going though the little shops in town and in Levingworth .

Galcation

Perfect location, staff, & units were especially well appointed.  View was terrific!!  Great for family vacations.  The only area for improvement would be the furniture in the living room was uncomfortable, & appeared to be very inexpensive.  Kitchen was well supplied, with all you would need to make a turkey dinner.  Beds were comfortable, & unit had a washer dryer.  The staff went out of their way to be accommodating & friendly.
