We've stayed here several times through the years (we come up from Phoenix), and always recommend this place. Obviously the rooms, which were fine before, have had some sprucing up recently and are in great condition, very spacious and comfortable.  At an unbelievably good price for Sedona we had a fireplace, loveseat , fridge and microwave, and very comfortable bed.  Didn't use it this time but have enjoyed the hot tub. The location is great - in Oak Creek Village near some of the most beautiful rock features, away from the bustle of Sedona.  Wonderful breakfast place steps from the rooms, and across the street from some other very good restaurants.

I just wanted to say that I really appreciate this small business, we had a last minute cancellation and they was kind enough to help us out when I had other parts of my anniversary plan had failed.

The first time we stayed here 5 years ago was for our elopement on bell rock. We stayed for two nights, great service, excellent price, clean room, amazing location for what we wanted. The large tub in the room was an added bonus to a great weekend. 
Thank you guys. We will book again.

Clean and very spacious place to stay for the price!

Excellent location away from commercial Sedona. Rooms were large and CLEAN.  Helpful and welcoming staff. Plenty of restaurants within walking distace. Our favorite was Red Rock Cafe for breakfast. The super market next door was very convienent. We walked to the Bell Rock from the property. 

Clean, comfortable and a good value near the Bell Rock. 

Clean rooms, friendly staff.  Walking distance to restaurants and grocery store.  Close to hiking. all around great place to stay.  Pool and hot tub.  View of the red rocks.  Quiet areas. Coffe maker and microwave in rooms.

Would recommend 

If you prefer to stay in a quieter part of town, Desert Quail is a good choice in Oak Valley part of Sedona.  It was a good value as well. We had a king room with fireplace and hot tub and it was clean, plenty of soft towels, refrigerator (no freezer), small couch and rocking chair and armoire for hanging your clothes.  The bed was firm and nice pillows.  

Highly recommend walking literally a few sreps to Red Rock Cafe behind hotel where the locals go.  Across the street are italian, burger and mexican restaurants to walk from hotel and a coffee shopbeside the office. Traffic was much less at this location, yet not many roundabouts to any locations in Sedona. Bell Rock within a couple miles.

Quiet, Clean Lodging in Sedona

We spent two nights here while visiting Sedona.

The rooms were very large and very clean.

The pool area is very nice. The hotel had a small laundry room that I was able to use.

There is no breakfast or coffee provided. However, there is a Clark's Grocery Store right behind the hotel which was very convenient for coffee. There were also a number of coffee shops within walking distance.

We really loved our time in Sedona and we really loved this hotel.

The hotel is very close to Bell Rock.

We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place to Stay While Visiting Sedona

On the positive side: - Good bedding - Good welcome - A restaurant across the street and another next door plus 2 others not too far away - Red Rock Café breakfast restaurant right next door, behind the pool, going left - Small outdoor pool and jacuzzi - Free WiFi and that works well - Supermarket next door as well (adjacent to Red Rock Café) Neutral side: - Extraneous enough compared to Sedona center (uptown), the motel is located in the village of Oak Creek which is a few miles south of Sedona - No breakfast - It is a motel with included rooms on the ground floor and the ground floor which give the parking of cars

It's a good motel in Oak Creek.

A great place to stay while in the Sedona area!
Why: We had a room with a king-sized  bed. The room was clean, spacious and nicely appointed--plenty of room for the 2 of us. It also had a love seat and a recliner! The TV had HBO!
 Too, walk 300 feet and you have the Red Rock Cafe which is open from 7am to 2pm for a great brunch. Walk 500 feet and you have very nice market to buy any necessities like water or alcohol!
Right across the street are other nice restaurants--Lisa Pisa (get the gelato)!
Know what else is good? The ride to Sedona proper has remarkable vistas for you to pullover to photograph or to hike!
Oh and try COLT BBQ! They have breakfast!

This is the place!

Our 6th stay. Very clean and comfortable. Large rooms, great location —  close to everything and away from heavy tourist congestion. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. There great little restaurant for breakfast next door and a super market right next to it.
