Easy check in.  Friendly staff. Room was clean. Restaurant and bar in the motel which both had. nice crowd on Saturday evening.  Pool and hot tub were clean. Close to casino, shopping, lake  and other restaurants.  Would stay again.

The motel was clean and the desk clerks were super helpful and friendly.  Torches supper club is just a couple of blocks away.  Finally, the price was
very reasonable for a Packer weekend.  They double the prices in GB and require a two night minimum.  We will  be back.  The pool and bar were being remodeled.

Great Stay for the Price

We stayed only one night passing thru on a road trip. We knew we weren't staying at a 5☆ hotel, so our expectations weren't set very high. Nice hotel, pleasant staff, and a good location. Again, if you are looking for a top-notch hotel, this isn't for you, but we do a lot of traveling, and I would definitely stay here again.

Better than expected!

First impressions were bad!! Arrived to see multiple police in parking lot and a few inside looking for suspect—should’ve left then! 
Checked into what was suppose to be a remodeled room to find brown stains all over box springs, asked to move they assign me another room upstairs that was ok so we thought—appeared to be clean smelling of paint, unpacked came back after dark went to close curtains to find not big enough to cover the window that had Blue and purple spot lights shining into room, when asked to move the clerk questioned me and I said come look oh no she believed me lol but then says no more rooms to move me to I said the parking lot is empty I demanded her call mgr which she claimed she tried 3 times then magically says oh I’ll UPGRADE you but after shows me room which only upgrade is no spot light lol proceeds to tell me sorry you can only stay 1 night in here. We were suppose to stay 2 so we had to pack up and drive to Green Bay!

The rooms were impecable, the staff very friendly and the food at the restaurant delicious. There is a coffee maker in the room, which normally these things gross me out, but this one was so clean, I looked forward to my daily coffee. We loved our ten day stay. looking forward on visiting again

This will be our hotel for our regular visit with friends and family

The check-in was easy and very friendly front desk.  The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The rooms have refrigerators.  There's a restaurant and bar in the hotel.  The price was reasonable.  We would definitely stay here again

Very nice!

Horrible for family's. Nobody working wore a mask. We were appalled at the dirty room and the pool wasn't kept up. I found what looked like drug baggies on the bathroom floor. Never again, we went across the street.

Excellent customer service by the manager!  She is committed to ensuring the best experience possible and if something falls short, she makes it right!  This is a very clean hotel but be aware it is not updated (not a big deal, just setting expectations).  We had a slight problem with a staff person who was likely overwhelmed.  The manager became aware through a second party (we did not complain to her ourselves).  She reached out and surprised us in a very sincere and unexpected way.  You won't get this type of service in the big cities (we are from Mpls/St Paul area)!  The brunch Sat morning was awesome!  A huge amount of very good food for a very good price (25% off for hotel guests).  There is a shuttle to Lambeau field for $63 per person in case that interests you (cheaper than the almost $200 we paid for pking depending on number of people).  The town has some cute shops that we visited.  The only thing I really missed at this hotel was a comfortable chair in our hotel room. A desk chair at the desk would be amazing but honestly, I cannot complain about anything else.  The pool area is big and open and was very busy with a bday party when we were there.  Looks like they have pool side rooms which would be fun if you have kids!  My rating is based on the manager (she gets 10 stars), the food (5 stars) , lack of decent place to sit, only 3 small pillows on a king size bed, renovations needed (3 stars) but clean (4.5 stars).

Awesome service at Seasons Restaurant & Lounge dynamite food fish fry was delicious well worth a stop Canadian Walley melted in my mouth and salad bar top notch bar service perfect don’t pass this one by  plus hotel clean and comfortable put this on your list when in the area.

Wonderful 

My husband and I stayed a few weekends ago. We didnt know about the pool partys on the weekends. We wanted to use the hot tub, but it was full of kids each time we wanted to use it. It had so much foam in it that we weren't sure how safe it would be to use it. First time we ever stayed somewhere and not  used the pool or hot tub. The restaurant was very expensive we ate somewhere else. I ordered a margarita, got a drink in a tall Collins glass, the bartender added soda and orange juice to my drink. I asked her to make a margarita with tequila, lime juice and triple sec, she said the way she made it was the way they were taught. She said she's been a bartender for 20 years. Our drinks were 5 dollars a piece, and we expected a supper club to make better drinks. Needless to say I wasnt treated well the remainder of the evening. Wont go back!
