We have stayed here before and it was ok but would not again even though the bed and shower and tv were ok and staff was friendly.  Room did not feel clean.  Odor. Dirty carpet.  Broken door frame lock.  Noisy bath fan. Bath door couldn’t close. Small room. Breakfast was far below quality inn standards.  Eggs were gone.  Few yogurts. Low on cereal.  No muffins or breads. Waffle iron was always busy. Would have liked pre wrapped muffins to go since it was a very Crowded breakfast room.

Will go elsewhere next time

The room was fine, but I couldn't sleep because even with earplugs and white noise, ac was unbearable.   Bathroom rumbled so didn't turn in lights there.   I only saw waffles and cereal with no milk.   Someone who had been there for days said same thing.   He said his ac was fine though.   Help at front desk was fine

We were pleasantly surprised with how clean the rooms, despite the obvious age of the hotel. Having a large mini fridge and microwave was extremely helpful, as was the complementary breakfast. For the price, we could not have been more satisfied.

Great Value

Checked in on a Saturday, so we had to wait a bit for people trying to get a room without reservations.  We finally checked-in, but we weren't acknowledged as Platinum Choice members, or receive our welcome gift.  Later we noticed premium parking for Elite Choice Privileges members, but were not made aware of that while checking in.

The room was fine, with a pillowtop mattress, that was harder than it initially felt.  The train noise in the room was fairly loud.  The tracks are just across the street and you can see them from the window.  You can feel the rumble as well as hear them blowing their horns all through the night.

There was breakfast in the morning, with waffles, cereal and yogurt.  We did appreciate the hand sanitizer in both the lobby, and at the top of the stairwells at the entry to the hallway.  No elevator here.

We would probably come back to this hotel.

Pretty Good

Our room was good.  Temperature good, bed comfortable, water pressure and temperature fine.  Everything was clean and well-maintained.  The clerk was friendly and pleasant - I had forgotten to ask for a downstairs room, and asked for one when we arrived; don't know if it was already downstairs, but that's what we got.  Big plus!
The only reason I didn't five them 5 stars is that breakfast was advertised (and confirmed by the clerk) as included, but when we went to the breakfast room about 7:30AM, there was no evidence of breakfast at all - waffle iron was cold, no coffee or other drinks, no plates or silverware, no food of any kind.  Not holding it against them since we do understand the problem of help in Clovis, and have actually made another reservation.

Nice place

I've stayed at several Quality Inns while on the road (one night only) because of their nice pet policy, but I will not be coming back to this one until they renovate...or rebuild.  If I hadn't been dead tired and pre-paid I would have walked out  Here is a list of issues:

1 - large stains in the carpet
2 - curtains hanging loose
3 - stains on the bed covers
4 - burn hole on the bed covers
5 - stripped paint on the furniture
6 - random screws sticking out of the walls (previously holding up art?)
7 - bathroom sink that refused to dispense water until after the tube had been run
8 - tub faucet plumbed backwards (hot and cold reversed)

I should have checked reviews - needs a total overhaul

Sorry for  the late review. I stayed here for several nights. I ended up adding nights because I was so comfortable here. They had everything you want in a motel. I was treated like a rock star the minute I walked through the door. My room was clean, the bed was unbelievably comfortable, the TV had a great selection of channels, the AC was brilliant, the wi-fi suited my needs, the bathroom was great, the water was hot, lots of pressure...I took advantage of their hot breakfast and selection of other cold breakfast items, I did laundry in their guest laundry, like I said, everything you want in a motel. I could not invent a complaint. If you are going to be in the Clovis area I would implore upon you to skip everyone else, just go to the Quality Inn and pay a good rate and enjoy!

Everything You Want In A Motel.

This property is in dire need of renovation. Let me list some things that need repair or replacement:
1. Carpet
2. Bathtub/shower fixtures
3. Air conditioner
4. Ice machine.

Plus, the "free" breakfast features powdered scrambled "eggs".
The bed was okay and the TV worked. Internet dropped from time to time, but that's pretty usual at these places. I would not stay here again.

Beware of "deals" to get you to stay here!

Perfect for what I needed 💕   A couple quiet nights to get studying done. 🌸 The little heater/air conditioner  was amazing at keeping up with my mood changes. 😂  Amazing breakfast in the morning.  The staff where all so sweet. 💗

Very disappointed with the room as a part of CHOICE HOTELS. Mold on the shower and dirty carpets. The heating unit was very loud and the walls were thin, making it difficult to sleep with noisy neighbors. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
