I would give 10 stars if I could for the staff alone.  Very friendly, interactive and helpful. The room was perfect - very clean, room with a mountain and church view and very comfy beds. Would highly recommend!

Really, really filthy and scary place; we did NOT end up sleeping there, and the only redeeming quality was the helpful front desk host, who was willing to refund our money.Room 1: already occupied by a possible squatter. Room 2: mercifully could not access, as door wouldn’t accept key card.
Parking lot was filled almost to capacity with various vehicles coming and going, teeming with feral cats, and urine saturated. 
Altogether HIDEOUS

Hell Hole too generous

This place should have stayed closed! Filthy room, staff said they are going through renovation, what that has to do to the room being clean I don’t know. Why did I choose it, the NCAA tournament had hotels full, I should have drove to a neighboring town. No need to talk about no hot water, then later the water was beyond hot. This is my experience with them NEVER AGAIN!

Worse hotel I ever been to they double charged me I'm still trying to get my money back...I stayed on8/3 paod 187 to TripAdvisor and they charged me 158 at hotel also. I've yet to get my money back. Ac doesn't work.

Place was dirty both outside and in the room. (Smoke sent in the non-smoking room. Hair in the bathroom and bed.). Maintenance repairs were needed. (The door deadbolt needed to be fixed - did not work. The gate didn’t work correctly. )

Dirty and dingy

I had 3 rooms reserved for 2 nights.  the rooms were filthy, we had no linens/blankets.  our room had 1 pillow   The air conditioning only worked in 1 room.  2 rooms did not have coffee makers.   We had no towels.  They had none to give us. Pool closed. breakfast buffet empty at 9:00.  no plates and no coffee.  Front desk staff rude, hung up on us when we called them.  Pool was closed because 'it might rain.'  kitchen area empty.  wi-fi awful. Just for starters....Would have gone somewhere else, but it was a Columbus festival weekend and all hotels were booked....never again.

Stay away at all costs...

Of all the cheap hotels/motels along the way, surely this is one of the cleanest and most comfortable I've ever been to!I highly recommend it because while it's very cheap, the rooms are huge, everything worked fine, it was clean and additionally included the kitchen.

It was a good surprise!!

The rooms were very spacious. They had an app. about 50 square meters with kitchen. The air conditioner was very comfortable and big. Also clean. The rest of the app. It was not too clean. The kitchen was not well equipped. Except for a few plates and cups and 3-4 forks u knives there was nothing. There were no pans. The toaster didn't work! He asked me why is it there? The microwave is good. Because of the air conditioners we asked the towels. She gave us an old, rusted and burned-out refan and said it was all she had. The woman who worked over there seemed to be very clean. She was very quiet and humid as well as she was very fervent. This made me feel very comfortable. Then the price was very low, because, if it was not enough, it was to go to the bathroom.
