This is a very clean small town motel. Reasonable rates & friendly staff. They're smoking there's & non-smoking rooms and there's kitchenettes. Honestly a really comfortable bed to. I would recommend staying there.

Weekend away from home.

An average motel; stop, with a few detrimental factors. Upon arrival, no soap in the bathroom, had to call twice (1/2 hour) to receive any, carpet in room filthy, toilet required 3 flushings to remove solid waste. Priced above what the facilities deserved.

So So Overnight Experience

I'm in Coolidge on business, and wanted a clean, inexpensive motel here in town -- not a name-brand chain way over on the interstate.  I got a non-smoking room with queen bed, kitchenette with four-burner stove and refrigerator, fast internet, and parking right in front of my door for $62 a night. The room is furnished with a desk for your laptop, an armoire, and a large-screen TV. The front desk staff -- the owners -- are very courteous.  The premises are clean, safe, and convenient to Casa Grande National Historic Site.  If you're looking for a good clean room at a reasonable price, this is it.

Clean, Inexpensive "Mom & Pop" Motel

Bed bugs ate me alive.  I was moved to a different room but first I washed all my clothes and got new luggage.  Bed bugs in second room also.  Owner tried to blame me for bringing them.  Was told I would get a refund to my card, will have to see if that happens.

So I booked this hotel on booking.com which said there was 1 room left.  When I arrived the guy at the desk said in a demeaning tone that he had no rooms left and started to yell at me to contact booking.com. I don't know how the room was, but if the customer service speaks well, it's probably crap!! Avoid this hotel if you can!!

Absolutely the Best Customer Service.....NOT!

Stayed 2 weekends, first was ok, second... Not so much. 

Pros: super comfy bed, pleasant owners, reasonably priced and had a vacancy when we needed it. 

Cons: filthy carpet, bathroom mirrors stained, dead bugs (they recently sprayed and you could still smell it, we requested a different room and was accommodated), extremely slow drain, toilet handle flopped around, sheets stained, holes in drapes.. 

It doesn't cost much to take a little pride in your business and given the amount of cars in the parking lot, they could afford to reinvest in some basic upkeeping.
