This is a basic, no frills chain. That’s fine, but even low end hotels should be clean. 

The shower curtain rod is rusty, there is mildew on the shower tiles and ceiling and grime on the back of the toilet. The only chair in the room is stained and the rickety frig is damaged. The light next to the bed wasn’t plugged in so I had to move it across the room to an accessible plug. 

My employer booked this room for me. The city was almost sold out for the UCLA game so only the bottom of the barrel hotels were available. The worst part: they price gouged the weekend at well over $300 per night!

Unclean and rundown

Asked if I could possibly get a smaller room he said no because it was an app not them. T.v doesn't really have any channels NO! POOL HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED 😤 waste of money if I had any chance of getting a refund would Rather find something else 

Not worth it

Super value immediately adjacent to restaurants on Block 15, easy walk to downtown and on the river walk.  Older motel and I was anxious about location on busy streets, but it was whisper quiet at night (I didn't use AC/heat as good temp without, so don't know about noise from that).  Clean comfortable room with fridge and microwave - no coffee or breakfast but several great options nearby (and motel coffee/breakfast rarely good anyway).  Great blackout curtains. Definitely recommend if you're looking for location and value and don't care about fancy.

Outstanding location and value

We almost didn't go because of a very negative review but liked the idea of being able to walk along the river park and walk to restaurants with sidewalk seating.  We were pleasantly surprised with the room (better decorated and cleaner than most in this price range.)and loved the location,

I made a huge mistake booking this place. I wanted to be close to the university but there was nothing else available close by. I should have booked a little further out. I was charged $588 for 2 people for 2 nights. The following weekend the rate was $230 for the same thing! That is almost 1/3 of the price. They take advantage of parents coming to visit their kids at OSU for events and triple their rate. First time visitor to Corvallis. I did not realise this until I had already checked in and investigated further. For the price I paid, i thought I would get facilities that matched. Yes, it has one star but assumed that I was getting their treasure room and amemnities because of the price we were charged. The place was a complete dump. The rooms are disgusting. No coffee facilities in room or nearby. Poorly lit rooms. 1 tiny bottle of shampoo provided for the 2 nights and 1 tiny bar of soap. The rooms were freezing. AC did not work properly. Very thin comforter on the bed and no extra blankets. I had to sleep with my coat drapped over me. The place stank and in need of a revamp. Absolutely horrible. PLEASE READ REVIEWS to avoid disappointment and to be conned out of your money. Had I paid $230 then I would have accepted what I got.

Rip off

My daughter and I were on a road trip and needed a room for the night. There was no other accommodation in the area because of the US Olympic Track and Field trials taking place. We paid an exorbitant $128 for a shabby, grubby room. The Inn is located in a busy area of Corvallis. We were able to park our vehicle close to the door to our ground level room. There was no lobby and we paid for our accommodation at a window looking onto the tiny office. We did not bother to check if there was breakfast available. We were happy to leave as early as possible.

No other vacancies in the area

rented a room for just the day the owner is very disrespectful and mean to all residents. charged me $100 for only 8 hours for a single bed. the room has nothing i n it. very cold and the site sese its has breakfest and the photos are verry misleading. the carpts are moldy and stained doors are broken and hard to open verry dirty. i didnt even stay long because of how this place is. waisted $100 which is outrageous for just staying for the day. this place should not be up and running in this condition. they dont even rent the rooms on the top floor but pack everyone on the bottonm and allow the emplyees to stay free upstairs.

absolutely terrible

The room was disgustingly dirty. Mold in bathroom, loaded syringe under TV. The full breakfast consisted of crappy coffee and crappy pastries. No hot water in the bathroom bath was cold. Pillows were almost non-existent and when I called the office to ask for an extra one they said sorry no extra pillows. I should have turned and left right then. The tiny refrigerator and microwave we're both on the floor. No cabinet in sight. TV was so bad couldn't watch it.

From the coast

The room had hair in sink marijuana in drawer garbage next to bed a ton of dust and while checking in I got a huge lecture for no reason and felt like i was in trouble not like they were happy to have guests

Rude person working and room disgusting

I thought everything was good, bed, cleaning, I was on the second floor to see the river, to walk through everything, I loved the stay, morning coffee ok for those who eat crap and carbs, city is a village but it's okay for you.
