Our room was so disgusting that we left after 15 min. Flies, fruit flies, and ants all over. The room smelled and there was dirt all over the walls. A dirt footprint was on one wall and the floors early have not been mopped in a long time. Absolutely disgusting!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Disgusting! Nasty! Bugs! Dirty!

It was very basic, but that's what you expect from a Motel 6.  We did have a problem with the door key.  We had several different cards redone.  None of them worked. 
Finally the lady at the desk used her master key to get us in and we were informed that they would have to put a new door handle on the next day.  Fortunately we were not going anywhere anymore that night, so we didn't need to get in and out until the morning.  There was also a strip joint right next to it, but it is closed on Mondays, which is the day we stayed at the Motel.  So no problems with noise and whatever else may happen the rest of the week.

Cheap and clean

The check-in was easy enough and the room was clean, not large. They had coffee in the lobby and it was just off the interstate. I could barly hear the trucks going by to go to the interstate. I had no problems at all with the stay.

A place to lay my head

Motel 6 in Crawfordsville provided me with exactly what I wanted...a clean inexpensive room for the night. There was a shower and towels and a clean bed. This Motel 6 maybe somewhat of a faded rose and showing its age but if all you want is a room and a shower and don't want to spend a fortune for a room this a great alternative. The clerk was very cordial and amiable at check in and made the process very eady.

No Frills Room

The price for three days was very good the staff you couldn't ask for better even the coffee is awesome but when it comes to cleaning the rooms that is where they need a major improvement. Little bugs all up and down the walls spider webs and dust , nasty old looking showers and towels and wash clothes all looked they had been used 10 years past their throw away dates . Just the little perks of a good room are not there at this motel. The location and room rates are awesome just not clean at all .

We attempted to stay here for one night on our way to Nebraska.  We booked this because of it's proximity to the Interstate and because all rooms are non-smoking.  My wife, especially, cannot handle a room that smells like smoke.  She gets physically ill.  We checked in to the room and it reeked of cigarette smoke.  We thought maybe we would adjust so we left the door open and give it some time.  My wife couldn't take it.  We called to the front desk and were told that they couldn't guarantee that any other room would be any better.  She invited my wife to try a different room and it was worse that the room we had.  We left and arranged a refund from the travel site  we had used to book the room.  Horrible experience.

I prefer motels where the door faces to the outside and my vehicle is just a few feet away and this is one of those places!

My assigned room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with a fridge and microwave. Location is good in that restaurants and stores are nearby. 

The downside was our group didn't get adjacent rooms as requested just after I made the reservation. This was my second stay. We were here in 2014 and liked it enough to repeat. Despite the snafu, I'd stay here again!

Gentleman at check in was extremely friendly. Kudos on the customer service. Location leaves something to be desired. Next to an exotic dancer club. Not the hotels fault, but something to be aware of. Rooms were average. Bathroom is in need of repair. Major hole in the bottom of the toilet where the shut off valve is. What was exceptional was the fact that Motel 6 provides ample plugs for all devices. Kudos on that as well. Just a suggestion I would offer is to provide coffee for in the morning. I stayed in a Motel 6 in Long Beach, CA and they offered coffee.
