Seriously, do not stay here . Place is a dump .  No staff after hours . The ticket does not work . I booked for 2 nights and only stayed 1 night .  Worse hotel I ever stayed in 20 years .   Also, I couldn’t sleep because the cigarette smoking comes through my room and this is a no smoking room . Also , the floor above me sounded like a herd of buffalo was up there “ paper thin walls”” alllllllll night the noises above me rattling the walls , 2am 3am4am5am. Not sure why people are up so late in a hotel making alllll this noise 

Don’t do it 

The management team or incredible. They took care of every need everyone here as always. Went over and beyond for and he place that ever stayed before. I have always been well taken care of at this location recommend it to all my friends and family.

Awesome guest services

Completely utterly disgusting. The management is a bunch of liars they said that they cleaned my room before we got there. Lies. I had to buy cleaner to clean my floor, shower, fridge, microwave, sinks and toilet. There was no shower curtain, they did not want to give me one until I gave them the old one. My wife confronted the manager as she was installing the shower curtain about the room being nasty, she ignored her and walked out. I am assuming she doesn’t mind working in filth. See photos.  They have weird hours for the front desk. They receive payment from the government to subsidize housing heard a woman complaining about her rates going up and that she would have to pay out of pocket. Whole place smells like dope and mold. They would only give you two towels at time even though there was 4 of us. We paid 354 for 2 nights and would not provide a receipt at checkout. Gross 🤢 nasty, stay away!

Nasty place full of mold and dope. 

Awful stay! No service whatsoever! Room was never cleaned, even when requested. I was charged for an extra night after I checked out. Claims to be non smoking, but the smeel of marijuana was so strong throughout the entire property. But that smell was better than the smell in general. The front desk was never open for the hours posted. Honestly, I would have rather stayed in my car.

It was like a homeless shelter

Ive been here 2 weeks now out of a month, The rooms are just as advertised and its very safe.
The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean.
Stop by Walmart first and buy paper plates and plastic cutlery or you can purchase a cooking package at the front desk along with plates and cups.
I feel its better than the airbnbs because you are not hit with all those extra fees.
I would recommend a stay here and will return again.

Least Expensive in Ft Lauderdale.

I’m just upset that front desk couldn’t get me a plastic fork or spoon. You are in the hospitality industry and it’s the small things. My delivery did not provide me with any utensils and I called front desk for some and could not provide me a plastic fork or spoon. I’ve had a long day and want to eat. Also the room you gave me has a lingering poop smell but I’m trying not to complain and I am upset right now. Please provide guests with an option.

Poor

This is a terrible motel that should not even be described as a suites or motel hotel. They might like to lovingly describe us as a minimalist motel. That is just code for no amenities whatsoever. For instance, the bed is a mattress on stilts very similar to being on a sofa bed. Also no blanket. See my picture. Furthermore, They could not supply a hairdryer.  No breakfast.

This is the worst motel I have stayed in 30 years.  Stay anywhere nearby but this place.

Do not stay at this Davie, FL motel

Good morning,from the Moore's family, my wife and I stayed at this lovely hotel doing covid.i am veteran, who served 4 years in the US Army. my family and I was evicted from our residence in south beach and with the help of the organization called sacred trust we were able to find this gem of a hotel. The Sacred Trust organization helped my family and I to get back on our feet. The hotel very well kept. I am a very clean person and they get 5 stars. The bed is absolutely divine. The rooms are equipped with a kitchen net and a microwave for the guest experience. 
The staff are amazing and are always willing to help out. Shot out Adia, she is the best. She works very hard and shows she really cares about her guest. Ps, do something about the trash depot. It's too far

Amazing experience

I called over half a dozen “pet friendly” hotels in the area where we wanted to stay.  Cost for pets ranged from $25 a night to $115 for up to a week-long stay.  I don’t consider those prices as being pet friendly.  WoodSpring offered a pet rate of $10 per night, more reasonable.  The ratings for the location on social media sites were satisfactory so we checked in on Friday afternoon.  The check-in process was smooth and staff friendly.  This place is an extended stay location so the amenities of short stay hotels are not available, i.e., no coffee makers in the room.  The room was as described and had vinyl plank flooring, our preference.  The bed was comfortable and there was no road noise to speak of despite being right on an expressway.  We had planned to stay for two nights but we had to change plans because of the anticipated arrival of tropical storm ETA.  The front desk would not refund us the second night’s fee.  They also advertised as a Choice hotel but the front desk would not give me points on my account, she said they haven’t fully converted to Choice yet. Other than that, I would recommend this place more for the purpose for which it was intended – an extended stay rather than a night or two.   11-6-2020

Comfortable and reasonable

Our family is temporarily staying at the hotel and it is very nice and clean as well as the staff is awesome, they go beyond to make it a very comfortable stay ... I'd recommend to everyone who would want to be safe and secure as well as being treated great ...
