We stayed in the Pinkerton Suite. It was very nice, quiet, and clean. We traveled from out of town, but when we arrived there was no parking. No parking for blocks. When we called the owner he was not very concerned and said "it is Deadwood, and it happens sometimes." He went on to explain they have stood outside to try and get people from parking in their spots, and didn't want to tow anyone because they "would be mad at him". I explained for me to park anywhere I cannot I will be towed, but he really wasn't too concerned about that. In the rental terms it does state their will be a parking space, no where does it say, "sometimes" there is a parking space.

I feel with the $1500 deposit and rental insurance there should be some accommodation for a parking space as promised. I know he can't help it, but should of put the customer first, and not be concerned the wrong person parking will be mad . He was at Terry Peak taking care of another rental problem, so ours wasn't as pressing. We had to drive around for an hour to find parking, which was not fun with friends waiting for your arrival.

They did finally arrive and remove the vehicle parked in our spot, so we were good then. Didn't leave in the vehicle again for fear of not being able to park again. I think maybe better signage and maybe a chain of some sort could help the problem, but what do I know. 

 Good place to stay, just know if you go during an event, their may not be a space to park anywhere near his place.

Wild Bill Days

Feels like home is close to everything, walk up the street and you are in downtown.  The owners are GREAT to work with.  We rented two of the tree units for a family reunion and it was so nice to have the patio with the fire pit in the back.  Love this place for us this is the second time.

Great place to stay with family

We spent a weekend at the Butch Cassidy and Sundance Kid Suites and we really loved it! It was warm, clean and very homely. Great location also, as it was in town and within easy walk of restaurant, shops etc.

From this hotel it was a short ride to Sturgess which we visited and also Mount Rushmore.

Can highly recommend!

Great place to stay!

We spent 5 nights at the Butch Cassidy Suites, and we wished we would have been able to stay another week! The place is awesome and so are the owners. We really enjoyed the patio with the gas fireplace and BBQ grills. It is very conveniently located and so much to do around the area! The rooms are beautiful, and extremely comfortable. It was nice to have a washer and dryer in our suite. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. We absolutely loved staying there and really enjoyed our vacation! The Cones
