The bed comforter was stained, floor unvacuumed, previous occupants towel and trash still on the bathroom floor. I would not recommend this hotel. The best thing about this place was the customer service. 

Dirty room

Excellent! Great service, great employees n would recommend them to anyone! Couldn’t ask for better! Breakfast was great n everything was clean! Housekeeping does a great job as well. They most definitely gets a 10/10.

The pool is green. The carpet is stained and feels gross. I refused to walk on it barefoot. The shower was dirty. They didn't give us soap. We asked for extra towels and they said they didn't have any. They reuse the toiletries.

If you are coming to the area, stay in Bainbridge bc there is nothing in this town.

Everything from check in with Kelly to breakfast was great. Nice clean room very comfortable bed. Big big changes have been made. Kelly and her staff(I’m assuming)have made a complete turnaround of this property. Nice job days inn by Wyndham 

Nice nice very nice

4-month stay at this hotel. Service was great the entire time. Friendly staff. The Front Desk was very helpful and patient when I changed my working hours. Good internet, Good breakfast. It's not the Waldorf-Astoria but I will take it every time.

Great Stay!!

Not many options in the small town so the wife & I chose to stay here. The outside was clean & well kept. We were greeted by Kelly with a big friendly smile & hello ! She accommodated us to the fullest & went the extra mile our entire 3 day stay. Very very polite & professional . Our room was worth what we paid for. Bed & sheets were nice clean & comfy. Bathroom & sink area spotless. All was well until we came back from eating & realized we locked ourselves out of our room. The lobby door was locked which was understandable, we knocked & pressed buzzer at side window. The lady and gentlemen sitting behind the desk were sleeping!!!???  We stood out in the cold for 7 minutes waiting for them to wake up. Once awake we stood there another 5 minutes waiting for her to make our replacement key . Key didn’t work (probably because she said she was legally blind!?) had to go back to window, she said nothing was wrong with the key but she’ll remake it as if we were interrupting her now FaceTime call . She was very unpleasant & unprofessional. Needless to say we finally got in & had a great nights rest. Housekeeping ladies were amazing.. made sure we had everything. Would’ve been a perfect stay had we not locked ourselves out of room

This was the worst hotel stay I have ever had. There for a funeral in Blakely GA, appx 23 miles away upon arrival there was loitering and seedy people just hanging out. The room full of mold and the carpet was filthy and musty. The sheets thread bearing, no smoke detector and to take the cake the door would not lock, so we had to leave it open until we got back from the funeral. Maintenance was called, no room change nothing. To add insult t to injury the night clerk called the local authorities when challenged about unknown entry into our room. I have NEVER experienced anything like this even in 3rd world countries. You would expect at least to be safe. Shame on you Wyndham for attaching your name to a place like this. I've stayed in dozens of your hotels across the 50 states and have never experienced anything like this. My stay was March 11 - 13 2022.... OHHHH and the pool forget it.

Run, don't waste your time especially your money!!!!!

We had two rooms on 1/18/22.   Both of them were filthy.  Many fixtures were broken, smoke detectors were missing, a couple electrical sockets were ripped out of the walls or loose.   Luckily my son is an adult now.  I would not have stayed there with a child as electrical shock hazards were present.  Door locks were broken and one of the showers had broken handheld nozzle that was not able to secure to bracket which was broken.  I stay in hotels approximately 100 nights per year and this was the worst.  We were in rooms 103 and 101, both had rusty lamps and were not clean.

Terrible hotel

Not the worst place I have ever stayed.  Bed was comfortable. Room was a non-smoking room, but smelled as though it had been smoked in.  Room was clean, no sign of bugs.  I would stay here again.       Staff was friendly.

We stay here every time we visit at least twice a year to see my husband's friends from high school, reunions etc...I don't remember the lady that used to be there it seemed like around the clock she was awesome and it was always pleasant to see her well, she was not there the entire duration of our visit and I'm not sure if that is why things seemed a bit run down.  We had left over food in our microwave, a bag of frozen ice in the refrigerator and seen and killed a few roaches. Trash was outside of our room by the stairs that was never picked up, and it's unbelievable that the pool is so unkept in the heat of the summer a fresh sparkling pool would of been nice to relax in. I understand that these are trying times for everyone but it's no reason not to maintain the property or properly clean a room...we will be back, though I'm not sure if we'll stay here
