Worst place I ever considered staying at. Room was filthy. It smells of smoke, left over hair and bug on mattress, filthy power strip and unclean carpet. I couldn’t even stay. $12 more for a nice room at La Quinta. Seriously recommend you steer clear.

Place should be shut down. So filthy.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel 
We stay there a lot at least once a week and then some times we may stay a week at a time 
We transport new travel trailers to dealerships and we go through Elk City Oklahoma going and coming 
The manager Bobby is such a nice guy and he will not forget your name and treats you like family 
Brenda, Melissa will go out of their way to make sure you have what you need and get you to your room in a jiffy 
Housekeeping does an out of this world job cleaning the rooms they are always super Uber clean 
I really can’t say enough good things about how you get treated at America’s best value Inn in Elk City Oklahoma oh wait the price   The price is cheap I mean cheap they should charge a lot more for what you get but sure are glad they don’t I would not even think of staying any where else when I am in Elk City and I am a Wyndham  Diamond member 
Give Bobby a call the next time you need a room in Elk City he does not disappoint   And don’t forget to stop by the pit stop right there in the hotel for a nice adult beverage after a long day on the road

Friendly staff. For the price, the room was larger than expected. Perfect for the budget minded. Spring mattress. Nice pillows. Furniture/carpets/flooring looked new. Gas station & restaurant next door. Close to the interstate. 

Clean & Affordable 

Stayed at this hotel with my crew for 4 days and we enjoyed it very much. All of the Hotel staff was extremely friendly and rooms were very clean. There is a Mexican restaurant and a little bar on the property which my guys and I enjoyed. I’m glad one of my co-workers referred me here. Next time we are in the area, this will be the place for us.

Very clean and well maintained.  Bobby and  brenda and Heidi were all super. RV broke down and had to stay 3 nights. Very quiet and plenty of grassy area for the pooches.  Lots of tv channels and EXCELLENT Wifi.

Great place

We were traveling home after a long stay. This was the first nights stop. For the price this is a very good place to stay. Since we have pets that travel with us we have take the fur babies with us. The rooms are starting to show some wear but were clean and tidy. The only minor problem was the weather striping on the door was bad and allowed the wind in, but the heated was able to overcome this. All and all this is a great place to stay with or without pets as the price is great.

First night stop

The name of the hotel say's it all. America's best value inn is a very nice place for the money. Paid a little over $50 and room was very nice and spacious. I was surprised the room had a coffee maker and microwave and a mini fridge, which some hotels don't even have. They gave me a voucher for a free breakfast at the restaurant next door which was really good compared to the continental you get at other places. It was actually fresh and really good. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stayed here on a recent visit to elk city and was Great. I've stayed at other America's Best Value's in the past, because they are reasonable on prices. This one by far is the Best I've stayed at. Nice clean room and much bigger than others, also got a voucher in the morning for a free hot breakfast at the restaurant next door, defiantly a plus. Next time I'm in the area I'll be staying here.

Great Stat for the price!

Very friendly staff, nice room, and a pleasantly surprising breakfast spread. Simple and clean rooms. They calm to confirm the morning of your reservation. No simple bagel and donuts, you avtually get a real breakfast.
Nice place to stay when driving cross country.

Simple yet pleasant

It is an older hotel that is clean and neat. Staff is friendly and just the best. Absolutely no issues. The breakfast in their cafe is better than you can get anywhere else. The pancakes are moist and huge. Eggs cooked perfectly and real sausage and country thick bacon with biscuits and gravy. I swear these people make sure you don’t go away hungry. We traveled for a month and nobody can beat the price, staff, rooms, or food anywhere. We will be back next year for sure!
