Dirty floors, stains on chairs, stains on lamps, rust on refrigerator, scratched furniture, ironing board burned, hair dryer from 1976. Pool covered in debris with no cover. Smelled like roadkill.  Smoking is allowed in front of all rooms so bring an oxygen mask for protection.

Should be Condemned

Red Room Evergreen was so very filthy. The floor had sand and dirt and a bug in the corner. The towel rack fell off of the wall.  The lamps and top of the beds were full of dirt and dust. Grit in the tub. We passed the manager's room and it was a total wreck. It had torn stained curtains and junk all over the place.  We should have gotten a refund and left but it was late and we were tired We barely slept and left at 5 am. The doors to the lobby were closed and no key drop so we just laid it on the floor of the foyer. No microwave or coffee pot.  We put our clothes in trash bags in case there were bugs. Do NOT stay there.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Dishonest people. I booked on Priceline. When I arrived at 2am, exhausted, with kids they told me that I already checked in. They showed me my registration with clearly someone else’s signature and claimed that the person that checked in had my ID. Of course, I called the police. They told the police that it was a misunderstanding and they were going to give me a room but at a higher rate. I called Priceline and they called the motel and were told that I already checked in. I explained that no, I was standing there with the police and had not checked in. Priceline got back on the phone with the motel and then came back to me and said they were giving me a full refund. Priceline stayed, “they could not answer any questions about your reservation or the ID presented for the reservation so, we are refunding the whole amount.”

Horrible Crooks

Walked in room and walked back out! This quality inn needs to be shut down. Tub was rusted and holding nasty water, paint peeling off wall, hair on toilet, dust on head board. Need I say more? That’s just the half of it! It doesn’t deserve the one star I had to give to submit the review.

Yikes!!!

Not much of anything good to say here other than it’s affordable. It’s old and dated and I could handle that for the affordability. The bed was worn, soft and springy. As I went to get in bed, I saw something on the carpet by the bed and couldn’t tell in the dim light what it was. Turned out to be a giant clump of mud and grass. I knew then that the room wasn’t very clean. The air didn’t work quite right and it was warm and humid in the room. I felt sticky and dirty the whole time I was there. It was also very loud from other people moving around late at night. Did I mention the mule with a cart attached to it in the parking lot at 11 p.m.?  Yes. A real mule. That should have been the first sign. I recommend to just drive further down the road or spend more money and get a nicer hotel. 

Just keep driving

Booked an accessible room , arrived around 8pm to check in ... Desk clerk asked 4 times if I had a problem with upstairs , each time I responded YES, on the 4th time I was very frustrated and responded with a firm YES, said i just wanted the room I reserved and asked if he wanted to perform a medical examination ... went down hill from there , he refused to give me room keys and said he was cancelling my reservation... Sat in my truck outside and spoke with Choice Hotel rep on the phone , he contacted front desk , arranged for an apology etc, even offered to find me accommodations at another hotel... Consider myself a good choice hotel customer , around 300 nights in the last 5 years ... Guess I need to be spending my money elsewhere !!

Questioned about booking accessible room

We were worried at first, as the door of our room (107) had been bent by the lock.  We put a suitcase up against the door.  The front desk fellow Vic was nice and helpful.  The bed and pillows were surprisingly comfortable and breakfast was ok.  There is no elevator and the tv did not work well.

It was OK

This place in a dump. There was Mold in the bathroom.  There was Torn furniture.  There was Pealing paint.  And there was broken locks.

Take my advise and keep on driving.  Very disappointing from the Quality Inn franchise.  They should pull the partnership or fix this flea bag up.
