I've never had a cleanup like this before. For $80, I booked a no-smoking room on my way by. The ceiling and bathroom were full of mold. The shower and the wifi didn't work, and there was smoke and urine in the room. The mattress was already very dirty and yellow. Since it was late, I just thought about sleeping. But then when I saw two bugs next to me in the bed, it finally erased me! I'm sure it was bed bugs. After just about half an hour, I immediately told the hotel. The receptionist was still uncomfortable and just that the shower had to work. Then he disappeared. A frustrating and frustrating one. Lost budget Inn. Never again!

Horror scenario with bed bugs

I called before arriving and was told a smoking room was available. Upon arriving 20 minutes later. The only room available was the more expensive 2 bed no smoking. I paid extra and smoked outside. Upon check out the manager refused to give me my deposit claiming I smoked in the room. Absolutely the worst customer service by the manager. He lied just to keep my money.

Paid way too  much to be treated so bad

I've stayed here quite often and all I can say is that it's a good place to stay price wise. It' close to numerous restaurants, and a Wal Mart is just down the street. The management and housekeepers are very friendly and help with all your needs. If your looking for an affordable place with friendly staff this is the place, I'll be back.

Great Place

I would of got my money back and left if it wasn't so late. Budget inn is the worst hotel I have EVER stayed at . Very disappointed ! The rooms are absolutely  DISGUSTING ! The whole room smelled like gas, the windows had black mold in them, the frigerator microwave stove and table were filthy !! The tub was dirty and clogged with a bunch of built up hair. The carpets turned the bottom of my socks completely black. I would never recommend anybody to ever stay at this hotel . EVER ! 

TERRIBLE!!

Great service!!! Clean and nice, newly remodeled rooms! Super affordable especially so close to holidays!! Would come here again when in area and would definitely recommended to my family and friends!!!

Don't listen to bad reviews, good experience for us!

Won't come back . Blood stains on comforter . Mascara. And yellow stains on pillow. Had to put my shirt over pillow. Big black stains on towel. It's better than sleeping in the car....but disgusting.
