Where to start? It appeared that the homeless population stayed here and frequented the trash bin.  A less than friendly check in clerk who was extremely difficult to understand. A large pile of filthy wet towels laying in the hallway getting to our room. The refrigerator had not been closed, so the freezer was frosted over. The towels were discolored and stained. The sheets had spots. There was something running down the wall under the sink area and near the toilet waste can. Crumbs in the microwave. Streaks on the mirror. Filthy molding. Crunchy and stained carpets. Two of the thinnest pillows we've ever seen in our lives. The table was scratched up and sticky. No shampoo. No coffee maker. No breakfast. Our Reno motels were full. If we'd had ANYWHERE else to go, we'd have left. We sprayed with lysol and slept in our clothes. To pay $65 for this dump was highway robbery!

Disgusting... RUN!!!

Dirty room. the tub had a ring in it and wasn't cleaned. the bed sheets and Towels was stained and the curtains was hanging off the hooks in several windows. Got our money back. could tell is the kind of  hotel people live at . Trashy and left .

Terrible!

rented a room for a week accidently left my credit and business wallet on the counter while signing ..after 4 days of looking and trying to figure out where i lost it in between working i canceled credit cards, ccw, drivers license, and medical insurance card..keep in mind it had all my ID plus business cards with my name and cell # in it and my drivers license.. at the 7th day i needed to stay 1 more night so i went to office and paid they never said a word about having my wallet to me..keep in mind the name  matched the room i rented for a week..on the 8th day i checked out i mention that i had lost my wallet and asked if i had maybe left it there?..the  same eastern indian person within 2 seconds handed me my wallet..i looked at them and said ARE YOU KIDDING ME??..they never said a word...never turned it in to the police...never attempted to contact me...never left a message when cleaning room..NOTHING.. just stood there looking at me...my wallet had been rifled through by the way cards were positioned in the wallet...GOOD LUCK renting a room from these POS'S...

Our cute little dog loves to travel and we love to bring him along. Sometimes it can be difficult to find a property that accepts pets. Although this is not a fancy "hotel" by any means, we're thrilled when we can share our adventures with our little guy!

Well I must say that the experience was very disappointing for my family and I. We were there for a total of 8 days, new in town, trying to save money to rent a home for my family and I.  We decided to stay at the Budget inn hotel next to Walmart for the convenience of shopping and close to a new job I just started.
When I checked my family in at the hotel the owner ask how many of us I told her my wife and our two babies. 
Well things were tight for us so I picked a one bed unit, the charge was $59 per night. After the second day she the owner approached us and said that she did not know we hade two children with us so she charged another $10 per day making it $69.70 per night. When she approached me about the extra $10 she was very rude and very mean demanding payment. I explained to her that we had a tight budget and she straight-up said she did not care it was not her problem and that if she did that for us she would have to do it for everybody else. The job that I had paid me everyday l explained I would pay her as soon as I got off work and if my wife and kids could stay in the hotel room reassuring her like always that I would be right back to pay. Of course I know she has a business so I understood when she said no.  So she made my lady and our 2 and 8 yr old babies leave the room. So my lady left at 11am with the kidsin and sat in front of Walmart till I got off work so that I could pay for another night. At the time we didn't know that the owner was actually allowing other clients to pay later on the evening when they got back from work. Discontinued the whole time we were there but to avoid from us not being allowed to stay where we were close to a shopping center and to my job we just kept quiet and did the best we could.
This treatment continued and we took it with no choice giving full respect to the hotel owner. In the meantime mom and babies waited at the Walmart parking lot. After I got off work every day like before I paid and we got the same room. We had no choice, so we did this every day. I tryed several times to ask if she would please let mom and babies stay  in room till I got off work but like before  she stated it was not here problem walking away leaving me standing there. 
Did Simon say when you only business you can not discriminate anybody regardless of race Creed religion or for whatever reason. Your customers and clients should always be treated with all due respect and fairness. You must never favor others above others for whatever reason the treatment was inappropriate and very unprofessional and believe me it was noticed by many that were there due to the fact that a large company sent many and many other we're surprised that they received such a good treatment and here with a family of four that were treated unfair nevertheless nothing was said and we handled it I hope at you think about how you treated my family and treat others better.
In the nine days that we were there we paid a total of $627.30. 
Now for the first 7-Day it was a total of $487.90 that I paid for my family and I to stay at the hotel. 
Now speaking with a few of the other guest at the hotel they also mentioned how she carries herself that is the owner with a strong bossi demeanor. Nevertheless when we spoke about how much it cost to stay there we found out that some of the guests were paying $315 for a week a room with two beds  for a week a total of 7 days and two other guest that came in later that night rented a two bed unit paying $315 for 7 days as well. Not only did this owner change these clients less she even allowed them to pay later on that evening after they got off work making my family sit out in the cold? 
I was disappointing that not an employee but the owner herself treated my family so bad, WHY? I don't understand why you treated my family the way you did and why you were so cold to my wife and our babies. Never again will we ever stay at your hotel and we will tell our friends and family all about it. 
Please understand that if you're not happy with what you're doing you shouldn't do it all the money in the world is not going to bring happiness. Treating your customers and your clients with fairness and respect is really important if you want to succeed and have a happy and grateful Life along with a successful one. A great and prosperous man once share these words with many business people people that were hungry to thrive in business and in life. Horrible experience bad customer service

This is the 2nd time I stayed at the Budget Inn & both times were fine. Clean but dated rooms for a really reasonable price. I come to Fallon on business & just need a place to lay my head & this place does the trick....I'll be back!

Does the trick.....no frills!!

No-frills motel, but at the price (~$49)...who cares?!

Stayed here Sept. 2017, and the room was clean, water pressure/heat in the shower was excellent, and I felt safe. Right in the middle of town, just off the highway.

Only downside is no coffee makers in-room...you have to go to the lobby to get coffee in the morning. If they're out, there is a McDonald's next door with cheap coffee.

I would definitely stay here again, if the price was the same.

Clean and safe on a budget

Ok, we were just passing through Fallon for a night so this hotel filled the bill. The owners are friendly! The room was in dire need of a reno but hey, for the price, no complaints. Breakfast not included-we walked across the street and found a cute cafe no problem. If you are looking for a good evening meal, check out the Vietnamese restaurant down the street. Delish.

All that was promised is at the highest level, but champagne in the room don't wait, and the jacuzzi won't be accepted. The dollar is not cheap now, so to just stay overnight you have to look for the most budgetary options. Since it was the cheapest checklist in my entire seven-day stay, I'm ready to be bored with any kind of inconvenience.
