DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Me and my wife stayed there were truckers. Parked truck by the Denny’s my A/C in truck was not working. Other hotel across street booked up. Marriott next door closed. We walked over got a room for $64. not bad. Room nothing fancy but comfortable. All we did is slept 8 or 9 hours and left. Didn’t watch tube or even dirty towels. Charged me 150 on my credit card i noticed when i got home. Called to ask. Manager said we busted their Television. She wouldn’t send pics of TV just hung up repeatedly on me. What a joke. Not to mention shady folks hanging around. Wouldn’t surprise me if they rent rooms by the hour. Place is a joke

TOTAL RIP OFF!! BEWARE!!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! They said I broke their TV. I never even used their TV. I called to ask why they charged my card twice. I didn't even get a chance to tell them my name or what date I stayed and they said I broke their TV. They then hung up on me.

SCAM!!

Clean linen and towels, hot water for shower, micro/fridge, free wifi, safe in room, alarm clock.  Very limited continental breakfast included two cereal choices, bread for toast and jam, orange juice, coffee and one choice for tea bag.  Room could have been cleaner but not bad.  I wipe down everything with disinfectant wipes to tweak cleanliness at every motel I stay at.  Carpet was dingy but not as dirty as some I have seen which is normal for most budget motels.  Keep your sandals on.  The plus for this hotel is that it is right by a Park and the Riverwalk which is accessed just across the parking lot and there is a  Dennys and Village Inn right next door if you don't feel like driving anywhere to eat.  I enjoyed doing the riverwalk.

Comfortable Stay

Between Trip Advisor and Priceline, I am becoming disillusioned with folks star ratings.  This is an example.  It showed as a 3 star but couldn't be more than a 2 or 1.5.  Yes, it was safe. Yes the bath had been updated recently.  But the carpet was so dirty I left foot covers on all night.  The door would not operate properly. Yet, the staff was very pleasant and helpful.  This one is a dichotomy for sure.

Beginning to question Folks Star Ratings

use care when booking this hotel,  I booked a room here missed that it was a smoking room when I checked could not change it to a non smoking because I had booked it and paid for it online.  Manger a very rude person has no customer skills, if I was the property owner she would be looking for a new job today. Don't stay here  did not stay the night and would never book this hotel ever again would stay in my car.

Trip to Farmington

For the price, I didn't have grand expectations for this motel, and it was exactly what I anticipated, a place to sleep for a few hours, nothing more. Although every travel site lists this place as having a functional pool, the pool hasn't been in use for a number of years. No plans to fix it either, according to the desk staff.  Free breakfast is nothing amazing, other than being ibcluded. Get there early if you want any coffee or pastries, as the motel staff freely indulge as well as guests. Ice maker on the first floor broken every time I've stayed,  I'm guessing the same fate as the pool. Many rooms have obvious repairs that need to be nade, but are left as-is. Make sure you have a clean room! Twice I've been given dirty rooms and been made to feel like an imposition from the front desk.

Great Price, No Pool

This venue is well over 50 years and shows it. Worn out furniture with holes  in chairs or wood scarred and coming off at handles. Filthy carpets, stair wells, and piled worn out sppluances etc by dumpster. Microwave plate wasn't the correct one so it didn't turn ruining food  
Housekeeping is simply changing linen and emptying trash at best. 
Location ok because near the splendid river walk and playground areabof Berg Park. Within walking distance of two restaurants. 
Claims hi speed wifi but count on losing signal frequently. Bed wasn't bad but linens smelled funky from laundry soap or something. 
It is inexpensive and thats what you get. Breakfast is usual cold cereal and pastries if you get there early. 
I stayed 5 nights for monetary reasons. I give it a 1 star

Stay with caution

The check-in was very quick and friendly. I had a smoking room reserved, and also got it. The size of the room is adequate. There is a microwave, an empty refrigerator for self-fill, and a safe. Unfortunately, the coffee machine is missing. Since it can get very cold in February, the heater must be in constant operation. However, this is loud even on the smallest level and naturally interferes with sleeping. The hotel is not the latest, although (or precisely for that reason) it needs renovation. The door is tight, dirty and the extra locking is defective. I had to repair the shower closure. The same paint is expected to be removed relatively quickly. The light is only on one side of the door. It is also free of charge and parked.

Okay, but there's better.

In a previous opinion I had to confuse the Travelodges of Farmington, NY, and Farmington, NM, whose act, this one in Farmington, New Mexico, has nothing to pack with, quite the contrary. Quickly, the most: Budget, breakfast, Internet - easy and reliable connection. The least: Old Hotel, outdated elevator, clean of the edges of the dubious hotel - empty pool dragging debris, and also and most importantly: unpleasant staff, at the limit of impoliteness.

Unfortunately...

We went by ourselves making the route to visit the east coast of the US but we loved the place and the people who attended us. We arrived with little time to enjoy the pool but surely it would have been a good outdoor option.
