We stayed here for 30 minutes & that was too long! Door bolt broke; dead bugs on dirty carpet; holes in rags; stench in room. We should have not paid for room at all, but we wanted to get out of there with no issues with staff. First clue should have been that hotel lobby was locked up like a prison which should be a clue about type of people who stay there!

Terrible service.  My son was working in the area for an extended stay. Not only was it difficult to get towels on a regular basis but on 3 separate occasions he had things go missing from his room. When he took his complaint to the desk, he was told to take it up with house keeping.  If you want clean and secure, look elsewhere

NO REFUND!!!!!!!! I pay weekly for hotels when I travel for business because I don't know when I will be laid off. I was working days and chose to pay the night before to avoid check out time. Communication is key for me as traveling is a part of my career and livelihood. Upon asking if this hotel reimburses money if you check out before checkout time, do you get a refund? I was told yes. After my 3rd week, another job opportunity came along and having paid the night before for a full week of $395, I was fully packed and out of the room 2 hours before checkout time. The staff suddenly could not speak English well and kept insisting that they give me a "0" balance!!!!! What?!?! You owe me $395. Corporate said they were an independent chain and there was nothing they could do. Still no refund after 1 year. Basically $400 given to the hotel for a week that I didn't stay one minute in. (That week) I will never go back.

Dishonesty at it's finest

Beware! Do NOT stay here. Had we have not gotten in so late in the night we would have tried to get a refund and stay elsewhere but I just prayed we didn’t have bedbugs or catch something from this place! 

To start, when I went to check in the man running the front desk was less than professional. Hardly greeted me, gave no check in or check out instructions. He just handed me our room keys and that was it. We booked two rooms. One room was reserved for 4 people and the other for 3 people. 

I opened the door to the first room and first thing I see are two unmade beds. I didn’t even turn the light on our check out the rest of the room. My husband went and told the man what happened and he didn’t really have much to say. Just handed my husband another set of key cards to another room. 

I go into the second room. At first glance it seemed decent for the price we paid and then all of a sudden my 4 year old says “ewwwww gross!!!” I go look and in the desk chair is meat and stains. Totally disgusting! So I check out the rest of the room. There was a used dried wash rag in the bathroom, mildew all over the ceiling, and the towels were questionable on how clean they really were. Also, we had two towels and two wash rags when we said we had 4 people in one room. Same went for the other room. 

The room looked like it got a surface cleaning but definitely not a deep clean.

When checking out this morning there was a lady that came up front in a house coat and was equally as unprofessional as the man who checked me in.  

We have a family reunion in a near by town every year at this time of year. We will NEVER stay at this hotel again and we made sure to tell everyone in the family who books hotels to stay away from this place.

Absolutely the Worst Hotel EVER!!!!

Check-in is 1pm. We arrived at nearly 4pm. They attempted to put us in a room that wasn’t ready yet. In a nearly empty motel. We explained that we had been working all day and were exhausted and didn’t want to wait. You would’ve thought we demanded their firstborn for sacrifice! Begrudgingly they accommodated us with a ready, clean room. We showered. We dressed. We got cozy. We got ready to write a report. We...well...nope...not there...not there either...hmm...no WiFi signal. Our phone service isn’t even picking up. Trudge down to the office...I’m told to just sit in the office or OUTSIDE?! Cool! I had no idea the office was included with my rental! I kinda feel like pancakes! Anyone else? 
Yeah...I know. That’s not how it works. And after I explained that to the old man, he, yet again, begrudgingly moved us to a room closer to the WiFi. Oh, but wait!! Lol After we got into the room...I’m talking 5 minutes MAX...the WiFi disappeared. 
I guess you get what you pay for. But this place. Never again. I’d rather stay in my truck.

Absolute WORST service ever

When we first checked in it was ok, but when we needed some linens and things the lady was very rude and hung up on me, and my mother went to the front desk to see about getting coffee and the lady said " no" it was an experience that no one should ever have to deal with on vacation, and to top it off we went through hotel.com and that was good but shortly after we got home my mother noticed that these people from the motel had charged her again and she as of yet has not got that money refunded back to her. These people have no right running a business like this. They need to find a different line of work, their horrible. Never again will we stay there and no one else in there right mind should either

After several stays here we have never had a problem. Rooms are clean and the little amenities are nice. The comparable motel down the road is a dump, no ameneties, and higher rates. Only thing is that would be nice is if the staff spoke better english so I wouldn't have to ask them to repeat themselves several times or guess what they said.

No Problem

I asked for a non-smoking room. When I walked into room 127 it had a horrible stench that took days to get rid of. There was a cigarette burn on the lampshade, a big rip in the seat of the desk chair, cigarette burns and bleach stains on my bed sheets, and the ironing board was broken. When I asked for another room, of course, they told me they had no more rooms available. The son - Nick- is decent, but the old man and old woman and so rude it's disgusting!!! About an hour after checking in, the old man had the nerve to say that Nick made a mistake when charging me. Nick charged my card $311 which was equivalent to about $44 per night. The old man tried to charge my card and additional $88 which would have cost me $50 per night. Are you kidding me????? My friend had to argue with him to convince him that that was wrong. As far as their continental breakfast is concerned, they offered fruit, muffins, and coffee. I guess they didn't feel like putting any breakfast out on the weekend, so we had no breakfast. Additionally, the hot water heater broke and the hotel was going to be without hot water for several days. We didn't find out unit after work which was around 8:15 pm Friday night. It was 52 degrees out and we couldn't take a shower. The next night it was 63 degrees so I managed to take a freezing cold shower. After pulling teeth, Nick agreed to comp my friend's room for two nights. I paid through Hotels.com so my room was pre-paid unfortunately.  Hotels.com made several attempts to contact Nick but no one answered the phone.  So, I paid $399 to stay at this dump and no hot water for two nights!!! These people are greedy and unprofessional!!! Never ever stay at this hotel!!!!!!!!!!!
