The sheets are thin...thin, thin and the towels must've come from the car wash supply store. Yes, the room was clean; there was no carpet; there was LOTS of noise from upstairs feet. Those are the good points. 

If you choose this hotel, bring earplugs, good ones. THE TRAINS COME IN EVERY 20MINS AND...BLOW THEIR WHISTLES WITHIN 100FT OF THE MOTEL. 

Oh, and parking lot is not secure. While waiting for my husband to check in, I was  approached by a large man in a trash bag (it was raining) asking for change. Also found a bb hole in the side of my car the next am.

Bring earplugs

If you go into a $49 rate before taxes thinking you are going to be in a 5 star resort please change your mindset.  
This hotel is great for a basic stay.  It is inexpensive and has a yummy burger joint Blake's Lotaburger next door as well as a McDonalds.  
Small breakfast in the morning.  We had no problems.  It was quiet ... we were on far end so train everyone mentions didn't bother us but then again we don't mind trains.
I do need to mention Laura at the front desk was super helpful and kind.  At first she seemed grumpy but you know we all have bad days ... I just talking to her and I think sometimes we just need a smile and some positive conversation.  So Laura thank you!

Quaint place good value for the $

We took a kitchen room for two nights so we could cook something. The apartment they gave us is very large, with a large bedroom, and a kitchen living room just as big. The problem was that the kitchen equipment was below the minimum necessary, with a penthouse, a small pan and two plates and two glasses, so we had to make the deadliest jumps to cook something. The TV is cathode-tube, with hallucinatory colors, with two air conditioners only that of the kitchen was heating up, the one in the bedroom only cold air (and in Gallup it's cold April at night). Wifi from the motel virtually uninhabitable, good reception. Breakfast with banquets and coffee dough. They have been given a little more than a few hours of sleeping time, and the carpet is not good enough to pass through the front of the train, and they don't have enough candlelight, or they don't have enough candlelight, or they don't have enough candlelight, or they don't have enough candlelight, or they don't have enough candlelight, and they don't

To be restructured

Wish it was possible to give less than one star.
Room was filthy. Very possible that sheets weren’t changed between guests.
Floor was covered with hair and dust from another guest that clung to my socks when I removed my shoes.
Parking lot was icy and rutted and not maintained.
Key didn’t work in outside door.
Was greeted by pot smoking guests by the outside door.

TERRIBLE!

The room was a great room almost like being an apartment setup with a full kitchen and living room in it.  Non smoking room was great for it and mostly very clean room to stay at.  The bathroom needs a little fixing up and make it great from there.  The only drawback was the trains going through at night.

The room was more than we needed

If it was more expensive, it might get 3 stars, but for the price, it was great. Room was clean and extremely spacious. Bed was comfy. Mini fridge, microwave, TV, locking safe provided. Desk staff is very friendly and welcoming. 
Breakfast was all carbs- cereal, toast, pastries, oatmeal, fruit, juice, coffee. Loud trains every few hours during the night, loud people in the hallway/next room at 2am. 

That price though...

+ we were given a suite for the price of a room
- the room stunk of smoke
+ the breakfast was good and full of choice
- the train whistles will wake you up every hour in the night.
+ good value
- lost a lot of sleep due to trains
- they allow dogs

If you want to wake up every hour, you are in the right place.

Very dated hotel with huge rooms with kitchen and living room. cleaning not to the maximum and a huge problem located next to the railway with trains continuing all night and everyone ringing.

It is decidedly to restructure

This motel is cheap, that's for sure. The rooms are very spacious, with all the necessary equipment up to the iron to be rolled over. The bunk bed is comfortable and clean, but at the end of September there is a certain relaxation on cleaning: dusty carpet, almost opaque windows.

A little glaucoma late in the season.

Very cheap, 2 bedrooms newly renovated including kitchen with microwave, 2 TVs, well maintained, breakfast good, computer for free use! Would book it again and again. Can the motel just recommend!!!
