One of the worst motels I have ever experienced. I stayed at this hotel for four days. While there were minor things wrong with the room, it wasn't until the last night that I noticed cockroaches in the room. When i checked out, I informed the owner/manager my room was infested. He acknowledged this and I left. The following week, I came back for two nights. I asked the manager on duty (the son of the owner) if they treated the room I previously stayed at. He looked at me with disgust and checked me into the room next to the one I previously stayed at. On the second day, I noticed there were cockroaches in my new room. i went to the office to stay another two days but I also brought the cockroach infestation issue with the son. He went ballistic. He told me to leave the hotel in a fit of anger.  I told him I wasn't trying to get anything in return, only to be helpful and let him know the propery has an infestation problem. But the kicker was this. When I told him I had already spent 6 nights at their property, he told me, "I don't give a sh..t how much money you spent here, get off the property". This pretty much summarized their feelings about the guest. At least they are consistent. They don't care about service and cockroaches. I was also told by an employee of the motel, the property attracts prostitution and drug addicts. Does that surprise me?

Cockroach Motel

We stayed here for almost a week. 2 days into our visit my friend contracted COVID 19.  We contacted the office to inform them of our quarantine and not only the Manager, but his wife also came knocking on our door- without a masks and told us we needed to get out! Was not polite at all - the wife was very rude and very nasty to us
  Now our room was paid for - it's was NOT an issue of money but because of COVID we was treated horribly. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL TO ANYONE FOR ANY REASON!  WE DID NOT HAVE ANY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE AT ALL FOR A WEEKS STAY. AND THE RATE WAS $80 A NIGHT! WE GOT SCREWED AND TREATED LIKE CRACK HEADS! NOT A GOOD EXPERIRNCE AY ALL.

This place is poorly run, rude employees, the rooms are filthy, the carpet smells like dirty feet, bathrooms not clean, water pressure poor, no coffee maker in room, old bath towels.  I checked in and took one look and left immediately.  I am not a snob, but I think sleeping under a bridge would be much cleaner and safer.  The hotel clerk was very rude, poor command of the English language and downright hostile when I told him I was leaving.  He did not want to cancel my reservation and insisted I pay.  I was there 10 minutes.   What a fiasco!

If I could give a minus number it would be a minus 10.

Clean motel . You get what you pay for but I don't mind staying where it's cheaper to spend my money else where comfortable beds kitchenette microwave mini fridge small table n chairs . Local food I highly recommend clydes tavren and bar food in downtown Cleveland ga

Christmas shopping.

I came into town to stay for the night cause a buddy and I were gonna section hike the Appalachian Trail. Close proximity to the hiking trail, great surrounding restaurants, and a nice little quiet town.  Definitely the kinda place I needed just to shower and sleep.

Great overnight spot for the price

Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. Loved the thick cotton sheets they had on our bed. Everything worked fine. No complaints at all. The staff wasn’t very friendly but we weren’t there to make friends. Got a good nights sleep and enjoyed our trip to the falls.

Stayed one night. No complaints 

We made reservations at this hotel, when we arrived we were in shock. #1. This Hotel 
Looked nothing like the pictures online. #2. Resident stay Hotel with clothes hanging 
over rails. #3. Hotel looked very run down and dirty. #3.  Receptionist was very rude, 
and the front deck area was filthy, and smelly bad odor. I can imagine what the rooms
looks like. We felt unsafe, strange people standing around in parking lot. We decided that this was not a place were we wanted to stay overnight, We cancelled but the Hotel would not refund are money back. We took the losses.

" Horrible Place"

Enjoyed my stay here. Very friendly staff and nice rooms . in walking distance to McDonald's Zaxbys Burger king... Just 8miles from helen. Near Baby Land General.. I will be coming back and definitely recommend to my friends and family

Great stay

Location was good, but staff was basically uncaring.  As 2 senior citizens who don't do stairs well, we were put on the we one floor. He said I put you right by stairs. No help at all. If you really need a place just to sleep, OK but I really don't recommend this hotel.

Not the best

Absolutely the worst hotel ever. Desk staff very rude. Although reservation confirmation clearly stated that check-in time is 12 PM, I was informed that it was 3 PM. Reservation was for non-smoking room but I was asked if I would take a smoking room since only there was only one non-smoking room left - yeah buddy, you bet! Room was nasty, reeked of PineSol or similar cleaning agent. No stopper in sink. TV belonged in a museum. Parking lot fight during the night. What a wonderful Saturday night.
