Avoid this place at all costs!!  My elderly father made a non-refundable reservation via hotels.com by mistake. He thought he was making the reservation directly. When I called to see if I could cancel the reservation due to the mistaken nature of the reservation (and the subsequent cancellation of the trip altogether), I was told in no uncertain terms it was non-refundable. Ok, fair. However, the individual who answered the phone, Dipak Patel, was the rudest customer service person I’ve ever encountered. He raised his voice to me, told me I was wasting his time and that the owner did not have time to talk to customers. Simply unacceptable.

Avoid at all costs!

It's a little old motel in downtown, but it was very clean, enough room in the room and bathroom, the bus stop right across the street, you could easily get to Lambeau Field from there, but the prices on the weekends with the Packers are a little overpriced.

Better than expected

Very nice place to stay for Caucasian/white males. Rooms are quite clean and spacious. Charging prices/rates are very low. Super friendly service. Prompt and quick to help in whatever way possible. Showers are luxurious. Very close to the coffee shop Attic Corner so well located.

Lodging

We purchased   a room for the Green Bay Packer Game. This hotel with rooms worth maybe 50.00 on a good day, charged 400. because they can but because going to a Packer Game is a once a year cherished event, we booked it two months ago. Now, Omicron is raging, 4 family members are in quarantine, we don’t want to risk coming down with Covid on this trip or getting Covid in flight, so we needed to cancel. The owner,  Sam said Expedia had to cancel and issue a refund which is not true.  Expedia called Sam while we were on the line with them and they told us he is refusing because my husband said he had Covid then changed his reason? I was sitting in the room as the calls took place and this was never said. Expedia was more than happy to work with us if Sam was, and he refused even though he will easily re-rent the room! It was the ONLY place with a room two months ago. Stay away from this place with the unreasonable owner!!!!

Beware!!

Owners scheduled parking lot asphalt repavement after 6 PM.  No prior notice.  Watching the morons doing the work.  Total low bid incompetence.  Had to show the she-male how to start the leaf blower.  This i the same owner who shut off my heat when I was at work during the winter of 2011.  Also no alarm clock in the room.  Freezer door broken.  Skid strips in the bathtub missing.  Two prong extension cords abound.

Idiot owners

We were arriving in Green Bay on the night of a big game and rooms were very thin on the ground. We managed to book a room in this motel,and,travelling from the U.K,felt a slight unease at the online photos and reports we had read. It's true that ambiance was at a premium and our greeting was functional,but the room was clean,had two big beds and was warm and comfortable.Had we paid the regular rate and not the  over the top(game on) fee,this room would have been quite acceptable for one night. Not somewhere to chill out, but as a roof over our heads necessity,it did the job.

Does what it says on the tin.

reserved this for a game in October. My family coming in from CO made a reservation at another hotel. I tried to cancel so I could stay with them and they wouldn't cancel. Tried to charge me full price, still charging me 90. What a rip! They will have no problem booking a room during a home packer game AND took my money! Give your money elsewhere!

Worst costumer service and policy

Good hotel but did not provide any breakfast of any type. This hotel did not require 
a two night minimum for the Packer game which made our trip to the game not as expensive as it could have been.  Easy to get to game by cab.

Good location to get to Packer Game

If you're just passing through Green Bay in the U.S., I highly recommend this nicely situated motel in the center of this city, well connected to the metro lines of this beautiful city, you could also visit the famous Lambeau, and if you're lucky, enter and enjoy the famous Green Bay Packers.
