Overall, this is not a luxurious hotel, but instead, very serviceable. Accessible and clean, near restaurants and basic shopping, it was quite comfortable. There is a train that goes by, but I was not disturbed at all. The decor is basic, but as a bonus, you get a refrigerator and microwave in your room in addition to free continental breakfast. I was about 20 minutes from our meeting location, but I would stay here again. Keep two things in mind. Wifi on the 4th floor is very spotty. Also, ask for a room near the shopping center, the quiet side of the hotel.

Clean and fine

Worst stay ever. Rooms need remodeling. Front desk service horrible. Had two people in my room only got one set of towels. Called front desk and was told "you get them in the morning". was told to go to another room and get some cause  we had 8 rooms. The older  housekeeper greet you with a good morning and a smile. maintance  man Cornell was great very helpful. Nice pool no food or drinks .allowed and no continental breakfast.

1) We had a difficult time reaching a front desk worker. 2) When we arrived, our room was traded from 1 King bed to 2 queens.  The owner didn't understand why were were upset about not having the reserved room.  3)No WIFI, even though we were promised that there was WIFI.  When we called to ask them to fix it, they wouldn't do anything.  4)The next morning, we went to fill up the bath tub and there was no plug.  We called the front desk, and again, they didn't want to bring one to us, but suggested that we come and get one from the front desk.  BOTTOM LINE.... go anywhere else!!!!

DONT STAY HERE!!!

I absolutely hate this place. There are bugs everywhere,it stinks and lots of creepy looking ppl hanging out on the balcony. The clerk was rude and didn't care that we had a problem here and I wasn't here even an hour. And wouldn't refund my money.DONT COME HERE. I would get a better deal and a nicer place if I found a hotel in hell. And if you do come here make sure you have all your shots updates. You could possible catch an STD just looking at the place. And I am not exaggerating. And now I feel itchy everywhere and can't sleep because I feel like snugs are crawling on me and biting me. Do yourself a favor and don't spend 110 dollars on this place. Just to hate life here. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Sleeping on a park bench would be an upgrade from this place. And I say that with confidence.

DONT CHOOSE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!

I was across the way at Inn Town Suites I checked out Saturday (after a weeks stay) couldn't afford another night because the rate went from 59.99-129.00 due to Jazz Fest, the only place with a reasonable price was Hampton Bay next door. Upon arrival into the lobby (which will throw you off because it looks better than the rooms) the owner was arguing with a couple about being double charged and a wasps nest above their door which the Husband was stung, they also argued over the shower being broke sink faucet detached and other conditions, the owner came from the back and was very RUDE yelling and cursing all in front of my four year old. I decided to stay because I really had no choice walked in room smell was horrendous I said I'll deal it's only for one night, as the night went on I saw a roach crawl across the floor then another (only a few more hrs til I leave I said to myself) I laid my head down not even 5 mins a roach on my pillow, I WAS LIVID. I went to the front desk demanded another room and they brushed off as if it was nothing or it happens regularly, I heard the receptionist say 136 needs to be moved she has roaches the foreign owner didnt even look up just carried on with what he was doing. I switched rooms called the front desk and once again the owner was rude "you need to bring the key back down here now" I'm like excuse me after I was inconvenienced he said well just leave it on the table and close the door. I WOULD NEVER IN A TRILLION YEARS SUGGEST THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE THE PARKING LOT being empty is a dead give away. I'd rather sleep in my truck that's the honest to God truth!!!!
