I’ve stayed at your place of business since August 9 2023 until Oct 18, 2023. I’ve had some concerns while staying there on your property 1905 W Market Bloomington,IL 61701. I’m currently 7 months pregnant with children under the age of 7 years old. While staying I’ve slept on top of a bedskirt with mold on it. I gave my concern to the manager on property and was told housekeeping would change it unfortunately for 2 months the bed skirt was never changed. After the two months the housekeeping decided they were just going to wipe the bed skirt down. I’ve taken pictures and also videos to show proof of what was in the hotel room. I also was provided a check from an organization for $1,000 and only received a portion of that money applied to my hotel stay and the rest was taken from me. The stay was from September 30, 2023 until October 9, 2023. I’ve also did calculations on the price and how much was applied to my hotel stay which a picture would be applied below. I wanted to see what could be done about this situation and if I was able to get some reimbursement of my money back. Also, I was able to get free nights and the free night I received on October 15, 2023 I requested a 2 queen bedroom and was told I wasn’t able to received that room or any other rooms. I was told I could only rebook the original room I was staying in.


Disgusting Experience!!! Not worth the money!!!

Had to wash my own sheets before I could sleep in them. The shower had a massive hole in the bottom and was overall disgusting. I wouldn’t wish this sketchy roach motel on my worst enemy. DO NOT GO HERE

Worst motel in Bloomington, and that is saying something.

Stopped here for the night after a long day on the road. 

The room was clean, and everything worked. 
I have no complaints about it. 

The nice thing was, I wasn’t sure when they served breakfast, it was at 6, but we wanted to go before that, so the gentleman in the lobby made sure he had coffee out and I got a bagel before we left. 

Everyone was very nice. 

I had no problems booking it, I had no problems with getting our room. 
 It was a nice clean room. 
Yes the place is a little bit older, but the other advantage of this place is it’s next to a subway. 
So if you wanted something to each, and did not have a way to get there, like pulling a trailer,  that was very convenient.

We would go back again.

Great Stop

Beautiful room beautiful people  owners  at front desk I think ) when I walked into the lobby you could tell these people cared everything was very nice free coffee free books and Bibles take one only it said the lady at the dentist I assume was the owner very friendly and there is a Circle K convenience store in the same parking lot  the room is very nice I think I paid 70 bucks total floors and windows clean everything nice no holes in the wall bathroom clean a little water stain on the ceiling but nice hot water is fine

I have been other hotel been little better then here. the room is okay.  will stay other hotel chain when I visit the area again. i did see hole in the wall in the shower part. there is a crack in the door fame .

average hotel

The staff at check in was very friendly and efficient. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was a nice option. There is a Subway located right next door. The hotel was situated right off the interstate with an easy on and off. I would stay again.

This was a nice, inexpensive place to stay. My husband and I, our two kids and our dog started for one night while passing through. We appreciated that it was clean and had basic toiletries available. The staff was friendly and quick to respond to our one request for an extra towel. The bed was reasonably comfy. The breakfast was very basic: oatmeal, cereal and hard boiled eggs but for free, you'll hear no complaints. The parking lot was very accessible for our vehicle and u-haul trailer. 

Clean and inexpensive

I had a last minute need to be in the Bloomington/Normal area with my dogs, so I stayed at this location.  The room was very nicely sized, clean, and had a microwave and refrigerator for my use.  My only disappointment is that all the rooms now have plank flooring, and my older dog (almost 11)  had a difficult time getting a grip on the floor to jump on the bed.  I realize this is for ease of cleaning, and I'll just need to remember to pack a throw rug with me for him to use.

Friendly staff / nice room

Don’t let the exterior scare you away. It looks like they are now in the process of updating it b/c the rooms are brand new.  There was a microwave, frig with small freezer. (No iron or coffee maker). For under $50 this was a great value & there is a Subway & Circle K practically in the parking lot. There was no breakfast or even the coffee bar b/c of covid “rules”. The AC was great & it was very clean! Safe area and lots of food options & Walmart 

Great $ and Brand New room!

Great location. The breakfast is a nice touch. Great stay I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Chicago area. Everything from the room to the environment was spectacular. I really feel that the staff did a great job meeting the needs of their customers
