I thought the price was a little high for what I got, but it was better than sleeping in my car. The room was ok, pretty clean.  Communication with the front desk was a little difficult. The breakfast bar was ok, but they didn't stay on top of keeping it stocked.

Well I stayed here and the previous reviews must have been with the  old owners.  Because this is The  nicest motel in Joliet. It was  extremely clean. Priced good and it has a balcony. You can feel like you are at home and not a motel.. It was quiet. Nice clean hallway. I would highly recommend this motel. Keep up the good work..

Arrived late during a cross country drive happened to be a busy race weekend in town. Major hotel were charging $200 a night.  Got a room for less than half of the hotel in the area were charging.  For me I was looking for a good bed, clean sheets and good air conditioning this place checked all the boxes.  This is not a fancy four star hotel but was very clean and the staff was very helpful.

Arrived late cross country drive

I stayed at this hotel in April 2014 while passing through Joliet. We did not book ahead and picked at random by hotels nearby on the GPS. This hotel was cheap - $55 including taxes for the night - and I can see why. It's pretty run down at this point, the parking lot was questionable and seemed very unsecure. The lock to the main door into the hotel was broken so you could enter at free will. 
The room was very run down and outdated. It does offer free wifi, but the signal is poor and very slow if you manage to connect. We had a second floor room (which meant taking stairs with all our stuff) with a balcony - but there were rolling stairs in the parking lot right outside our room which made us feel a bit less secure about having the sliding door there.
We checked the room thoroughly for bedbugs and saw no signs (thankfully) and it served it's purpose of a cheap bed for the night, but beyond that I definitely wouldn't go back.

Cheap for a Reason

I stayed at this location a couple of times between December 2013 and February 2014. The rooms are filthy and during one of my stays I even noticed a used condom under my bed! The floors have cigarette burns in them and were not vacuumed in all areas. While there were refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms I stayed in there were no alarm clocks and the sliding glass doors were locked with broom sticks! When it was -20 degrees outside I booked a room and found it freezing cold as the heat was turned off prior to my arrival I guess to save the hotel money. It took several hours under the one sheet and thin cheap comforter before my room was finally warm. No one even bothered to shovel the snow from the sidewalks around the building either. The staff was extremely nice and helpful and I think this is the only good thing about this place. The WiFi network is slow and virtually non-existent in some areas and you find yourself constantly getting kicked off the network.  Honestly I stayed here because of the low price but like I said, you get what you pay for. If I had to do it again I would have spent the extra $30-$50 and went down the road to a better hotel. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever.
