Aero is the real deal - the kind of "motel" that is as caring about service, quality and staying competitive with "big box" style competition as it is modest. It's done tons (I'd capitalize it, but would get scolded) to upgrade from its origins - I genuinely appreciate it's refreshed, rejuvenated and especially appreciated it's replaced carpets with "panel" floors!  Smart, friendly service, excellent work throughout its renovations and adequate+++ in all regards.  Yes, it's not a "Hilton Hotel".  That's gives it extra points in my book!  I'll chose it straight away instead of "Hotwire" next time...and expect there to be a Next Time!  Very satisfying altogether. 

Surprised and delighted - they CARE!

Needed a place for one night. The pool was very nice and clean as well as the hot tub. The sauna was out of order so... The room however was a completely different story. The mattress on the full sized bed was old and sunk in in the middle. The two pillows I had were about 3 inches thick at best and the two of them together weren't quite enough to be comfortable. Got up in the middle of the night to use the restroom and went back to bed to wake the next morning and find the toilet was spewing water out of the top and the bathroom flooded with about 3" of water. Went downstairs to alert staff and noticed that the wall below my room had water running down it and onto the carpet for quite a ways in the hallway. The guy at the desk wasn't surprised at all and said that that happened sometimes. He brought up about 8 towels which didn't even take care of the amount of water on the floor. I had to leave right away without being able to use the bathroom to get ready so no makeup, fixing of hair, etc. Thought I would grab some coffee or breakfast before I left but there wasn't any. The desk person did apologize but no talk of even a partial refund or anything. My husband and I had recently taken a trip and stayed in a really nice room in another city with double queen beds and had our 3 dogs with us and that cost $40 less than this disaster.

Kalispell is a great place to stay for Glacier National Park.  That being said explains the high prices there for lodging.  When I booked and read the mixed reviews, I decided to check my booked room before I moved my luggage in.  I can only attest for room 106, because that was the room given to us.  It was remodeled, clean, and quiet.  The A\C, heat, micro, fridge, hair dryer, TV, and shower were excellent.  Internet was a bit slow, but quicker in lobby.  I asked for extra blankets and was cheerily handed them.  Breakfast was simple with no protein:  oj, coffee, tea, 2 cereals, bread, bagels, English muffins, and apples.  No more, no less.  There is a large grocery store on the same block where we bought other food to accompany breakfast.  There is a Hilton Garden Hotel adjacent to the Aero Inn for those who want to spend  $328 a night instead of $553 for 3 nights, with tax, in the high season at Aero Inn.  I prefer to use the saved $430 for gas and make due with a simple breakfast and comfortable, not high end lodging.  The front desk always aimed to please and I would request room 106 every time.

Escape!! Kalispell is expensive but you should find better for the price, it's not difficult.

Scandalous price for an old, very basic hotel

The owners of this motel care about putting out a quality product.  The room was very clean and comfortable w no corners cut.  A very pleasant stay.  Best choice for a budget motel.  Convenient location.   .....

Great choice in the budget category

Most basic. Many hostels are nicer. Would prefer camping to staying here. One of the cheapest options in town but still not worth the price. I understand that Kalispell and Whitefish are pricey but I urge everyone to consider spending more and stay in a nicer place.

You get a bed and a roof overhead 

It is livable and affordable LOL for a couple days. And the best news no bugs!!

It is a very old and outdated hotel. Tho the rooms are spacious and clean, hotel staff NOT so nice, they tend to repeat themselves over and over. At one point I thought I was being charged twice, and I still better check my credit card because that is a possibility.  When I booked the rooms a few months ago they were serving breakfast (one of the major reasons I chose this hotel over others and it's still advertised on their website and they don't tell you when you call and book a reservation?) At check in, no breakfast allowed because of covid. Seriously? The pool and hot tub are open. Covid's been going on for over a year and you're just now telling me? They were doing breakfast when I called and booked it. Just a way for them to cut cost and put more money in their pockets.

They weren't sure at that time if the pool and hot tub would be up and running due to covid but said probably so within a week and yes 2-3 months later it was running and not shut down. The hot tub is too hot and the pool which is supposed to be heated definitely is not. It's indoor heated to whatever temperature indoors is at that time.  Then you have to go and get a pass from the person at the desk along with the towels in order to even go in the room. Seems like that's more work for you working at the hotel.

Great way to put more money into the hotels pockets! By the time you go and eat breakfast anywhere I could have stayed at a decent hotel with the seven of us. We learn by our mistakes!

Not worth staying unless you are short of cash.

Small, old outdated hotel. Some staff members are very uncaring and just plain rude.  No elevators. Somewhat cleam, but very small rooms.  Beds are horribly old & uncomfortable.  When I was there, they ran out of laundry soap, so guests couldn't do laundry.  There's a store right down the street... they could've just went to the store to get soap.  Maid service was hit or miss and not good.  They left dirty towels in my room and didn't give me clean ones.  Just not worth the trouble.

Skip This Hotel

Simple and efficient check in. Very friendly staffed that really cared about us.
The breakfast was simple and good. For the low price that we paid, it was unexpected. The coffee was good, fresh, and hot.
I like the art work here. They have a nice hot tub and an indoor pool- in Montana!!
Great price and clean, nice room, and I didn't even stay in one of the newly redecorated rooms.
I would definitely stay here again.
Con: Bed felt a little spongy, but I got a good nights sleep. There was quite a bit of road noise, young boys running their loud pick up trucks out o n route 2. The other guest were chatty in the hallways till midnight. The sauna was not working!!!

If you fly in or out of Kalispell, stay here

This is an older property in town.  However, they do a good job of keeping it clean and as up to date as possible.  The beds were comfortable and bathroom clean and tidy.  I like that the walls are painted cinder block since it keeps rooms quieter than drywall.  For the price, would stay here again.
