Quail Park Lodge, a Canyons Collection Property

I have been staying here on an annual trip for about five years. The hotel is very cute, well maintained and the staff is very helpful. 
This time I had an issue with my travel and without going into detail, the woman at the front desk texted me that she had solved my problem. I didn’t even ask her to. 
Anyway, Kanab is central to so much of Southern Utah and the Quail Park Lodge makes staying there fun and easy. I will definitely be coming back next year.

Staying here is Quail Park Logical

This was our second stay. We were so glad they had just opened again for the season. We had a cheerfully decorated room with a very  comfortable king-size bed and a great working fridge, microwave, TV and WiFi. 
Everything was very clean. I loved my first great tasting cup of coffee in the morning in our room. Managers are so helpful and very friendly. Hope to stay there again soon.

Super Stay

I have to say this property didn’t look nearly as promising as its reviews from the outside. Just another strip motel.  As others have stated, however, what sets it apart are the warm welcome, cleanliness, attention to details, and engaging sense of style of its owners.  They do a great job and deserve your business.  My only complaint is that the air-conditioning units are as noisy as Niagara Falls. Please bring earplugs if you hope to sleep or, better yet, shut it off and open the window as it usually cools off dramatically at night.  You won’t go wrong here, and the food at nearby Rocking V Café is absolutely superb.

Lovely motel

I stayed here as a solo traveler, for two nights, and really could not have been more pleased.  What my room lacked in size-it was relatively small-it more than made up for in character.  And it’s obvious that Robin and Vins, who are the property’s caretakers/innkeepers, really care about accommodating their guests.  There’s a small pool that kids seem to love. The beds are super comfortable. The decor is quirky and personal and I loved it. There were lots of little details that really make this a special experience. How often can you say that about a motel?   Kanab is a really small town and it’s made easier to navigate by the free cruisers that you can take out from the motel.  I highly recommend this as a place to stay for a good night’s sleep, a good breakfast, and really personalized and accommodating service.

Lots of character and great innkeepers

What a great motel in Kanab. The rooms were really fun retro, very clean, comfortable, and a good size. The bed was very comfy. Even though it is located on the main street, there was no street noise. It is centrally located within walking distance to a few very good restaurants. The hosts are super personable and very accommodating. We would absolutely stay here again when in Kanab.

What a Great Find

We stayed here for 1 night in September – the hotel is very quaint and looks nice from the outside. Check in was quick and friendly and we proceeded to our room. The room was of good size, very nicely decorated with a lovely modern bathroom with lodge branded amenities. The room was clean, and we had a cute little note on the pillow welcoming us. The hotel is nicely situated close to Downtown, a very short 2 min drive – or a short walk, there are also free bicycles to use as well - which is a great touch!

We annoyingly booked this hotel based on the nice photos on the booking websites, with one of the main highlights being the pool - however be warned, these photos are VERY deceivingly as it is much smaller in real life than made out on the photos. We sadly didn’t get time to check this out, and as there was already a couple using it – it looked full. It would be much nicer if there was also a hot tub. 
The lodge is all single storey, so there is no noise from above, however the floor in our bedroom was wooden, so did creak a lot – our bed was also very creaky – but comfortable. The air con in our room was effective, but very loud!

Sadly, after going out for dinner and returning, someone had taken the car parking space right outside our room, luckily there was 1 other spot available which we had. A short time later, the vehicle in the spot outside our room left, but without this other spot – we would have been stuck with nowhere to park. Ideally the spaces outside each room should be allocated to each room, with markings on the space to ensure guests have a spot to park.

We were told by Front Desk at check in that there would be a grab and go breakfast available, we checked out just before 11 but there was no evidence of this in the Reception room which was a shame. There is an ice machine on site also which is handy.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again if passing through.

Very nice quaint hotel

This Quaint little motel won’t disappoint, the hosts are awesome, rooms exceptionally clean , bed comfy . Perfect location to access all the amenities in town .Very lovely place definitely recommend if you want the perfect place to stay in Kanab 😊

Practically Perfect

I absolutely adored this little motel! Clean!!! The owner brought it back to its original glory! I felt like I went back in time. I would totally recommend staying here. I was soooooooo impressed. The people were so helpful, and they even had retro cruising bikes for us to use at no charge.

Charming motel

Quali Park Lodge is the perfect mix of comfort and price for a short stay. We stayed here after our trip to Zion Canyon. The rooms are all renovated. Third we had Suite No. 9 with 2 bedrooms for $107 (each a large bed for 2 people. The beds can't be separated.) The owners are very friendly and there's a breakfast from 9 to 10, which unfortunately we slept with:D...I blame myself, because on Sunday most shops, bakeries and cafes have to be closed.

Clear recommendation for short stays

they do the things that bring you back, a personal card awaited us, room was clean and modern, not an inexpensive reno, and stay could not have been better, just note they make you pay up front, cool place, will stay here again
