The room was very clean and I found the bed quite comfortable.  The water pressure in the shower was better than at my house and that was nice.  The woman at the front desk was very nice.  She could tell I needed to just chat for a couple of minutes before getting on the road and driving again.  She was thoughtful and kind.  This was a great motel!

Great Price, Clean Room, Friendly People

We had a lovely stay at Rodeway. The room was nice and clean. The location was good - close to restaurants and shops. check-in went smooth. 
The pool area is under construction but we still went for a swim. I like this place and would recommend this place

Nice place for a low price

I Was very Impressed have stayed Many times and I have Never Seen Such Friendly Mangers..They have really Started Cleaning Up the Property Pool Area was very Welcoming The Hot Tub Was One of The Best I have Been in They have Cleared All the Grass Around the Pool Area The Rooms where Very Very Clean and I'm A Very Picky Person Was Clean enough that I Left A Tip Whoch I Never Do... Was Impressed with office and The eating g area was Actually inviting with fruit They Have Really Made It Nice.  Keep These Nanagers Around They Care about Customers and Their Feedback.  .You Guys Are Rocking it Now to Make it More Appealing Needs New Parking Asphalt and Hang Sone Flowers Love the Smoking Area They have Also Made.  Girl With Pink Moving Truck..Yall Are killing it keep the inviting smiles..

VERY WELCOMING...NEW MANAGERS...

This is an older property, and it does show some wear and tear outside and in the room. Hard to expect more than what I got for a very low rate. The room was acceptably clean and there was coffee in the room. The free breakfast was more than expected, with fresh hot waffles and hard-boiled eggs available. Stick to the coffee in your room, though. The staff was friendly and there was a crew cleaning every day. To mention the linens, I don't think they're dirty, but they're tired. Washed way too many times and are yellowing somewhat. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again if the price is right.

Older Property With Some Good Points

This is a bargain if you love nostalgia and don’t care about luxury. It’s quiet, and is throwback from 50/60s that you will be hard pressed to find anywhere else. Very clean, helpful staff, swimming pool, dog friendly, quiet, and right in the middle of town. Nicolas Cage shot part of a movie there too.

Retro Sheik

It was a terrible experience. We had a strange man. We had booked. After 20 minutes he left the building without saying anything. He came back and gave us a room card. We went into our room and we ran into customers already in that room. He offered us to try and find a solution. We went to see somewhere else. Besides, the photos are far from reality. Vets limited room on what we saw. He kindly spent our two nights despite their management mistakes. Fortunately the intermediate site or booking we made was reimbursed.

You know, overbooking, running away.

It's a convenient motel on Bryce Canyon Road, mostly for tourist buses. It's a nice room with breakfast equipment because there's no common room for breakfast.

Enough for one stage

I wish I could enter a negative number for this unbelievably disgusting hotel:
1. After we checked in the receptionist came outside to give us our driver's license we had forgotten. Before he reached us, he actually coughed and spit on the ground. Gross!
2. The smoke alarm did not have a cover or batteries. This is against Federal law.
3. There were 2 black footprints in the bathtub. They were in the porcelain. Why wouldn't you re-glaze that? We wore flip-flops in the shower because we didn't trust it.
4. The bathroom floor was covered in hair. I cleaned the floor and the rest of the hotel room, including the walls, chair and heating unit. The heating unit obviously had not been cleaned in years. The dirt was impacted in the vents. Hair everywhere! We asked one of the housekeepers to come back and vacuum the room.
5. The washer and dryer are located out of doors next to the hotel. That just screams good hygiene.

It would benefit this hotel to shut down a room a day for 2-3 hours and give it a deep clean.  We felt extremely uncomfortable sleeping there.
STAY AWAY!!


Disgusting - stay away!

Nice place, clean rooms, friendly staff. Very convenient to get in and out of in the heart of Kanab. Nice to be able to park right in front of your room. Dog friendly and a great space to let them run and play away from any traffic. Very reasonably priced.

Nice and convenient

This town is really cute and really enjoyed it. Hotel was good rooms were clean and staff was nice. Although there was no free breakfast even know in expedia it tells me it was supposed to be :(. had great view of the mountains and sheets were soft. price was fiar
