1st of all 3rd floor was our rental. Stairs to 3rd floor very steep.  At the top of the stairs the floor slants downward. Inside rental: couch torn, slider was loose, deck was dangerous.  Leave, leave..

This property should be torn down

I booked a head of time with out reading the reviews first. The bad points , very dated , dirty, (the fridge was covered in rust) my kids were grossed out, and they are gross kids! The good points, close to the boardwalk , and inexpensive. You get what you pay for. I will not be back.

What just happened?

We turned around and left after we saw and smelled the room. We had payed in advance, but it was not a place where we could sleep. Dirty and smelly. STAY AWAY. It is situated in an area with houses in dire need for refurbishment. 

Terrible 

The room we got was not what we paid for. It was absolutely disgusting everything was dirty. Stains everywhere all over bed furniture carpet and kitchen. We didn’t even have a door knob, the front desk told us bikers broke it off and I’m certain there hasn’t been a doorknob in a long time. Every towel we got was dirty and the smell was horrible we couldn’t even air it out because the window latches were broken. DO NOT STAY HERE. Everything advertised is a lie. Worst hotel ever honestly don’t even waste your money. 

DISGUSTING such a waste of money 

We had a spacious ground floor one bed apartment in late October. It was very well heated which was welcome. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything you would need for a short stay. Very clean throughout, and a little old fashioned which we liked. The location is great, minutes walk to beach and restaurants. There was only one open in town with everything else within walking distance shut for the season. You have to pick up keys at Lazy E Motor Inn about a mile away.

Nice apartment in great location

This place was disgusting !! To say the least !! We walked in there were stains on the stove, carpet, futon as well as all the blankets were dirty (literally!) My kids are 12, 14,&16 they were very uncomfortable just walking in the door!! Tried to downplay the smell and dirty carpets in the hallway to hope that the room would be OK !!! However when we walked in it was no better !! We left immediately and booked elsewhere !! Don't believe the pictures u see in advertisement!! I hope this helps! 


FILTHY!!!!!

we stayed here last summer and when my husband picked Weirs Beach for his birthday get away this year, I knew where to book.. This year we upgraded from the economy apt to a superior one.  We were on the lake end of the building on the 2nd floor.  Great view of the lake from the apt windows and from the front porch.   The stairway is narrow, and the screen door leading to the porch didn't close all the way  The apt wasn't too crowded for the 4 of us that were staying there.  The kitchen wasn't too big, but we were on vacation and ate out most of the 2 days we were there. It would have been nice if the management had housekeeping turn the fridge on prior to our getting there, but it was a cold day when we arrived so we kept stuff out on the porch until it cooled down.   The only complaint I had was we never got fresh towels, but that could have been partly my fault. I hate wet towels on the floor so I stuffed them all on the towel rack in the bathroom.  We also weren't expecting to see a for sale sign on the apt house when we approached it. Hopefully if will still be a rental the next time we visit the area.   We love how close it is to everything on the strip and the beach
