Thank you to Chimney Hill for allowing us to use their lovely event space for our weekly Qigong sessions (benefitting Fisherman's Mark in Lambertville).  Beautiful Inn, beautiful grounds and great Inn keepers.  I'd highly recommend a stay here if you're looking for a getaway to the country but with quick access down the hill to everything Lambertville and New Hope has to offer - great food and art, fun shops, music and the Bucks County Playhouse and of course miles of trails for hiking and biking, either along the river or  along the ridge - this area has it all.

My stay at Chimney Hill Estates was wonderful! The property is an enchanting and beautiful retreat. It has a cozy and relaxing countryside atmosphere combined with luxury accommodations, amazing breakfast, and thoughtful hospitality. Highly recommend visiting!

Chimney Hill Estates Amazing Retreat!

Had an amazing time at the inn! It’s a perfect spot for work or pleasure. The rooms are super cozy with comfy bedding. Breakfast was amazing! They had farm fresh eggs and homemade granola. Soooo good. We did a hot and cold therapy using the sauna and cold bath. Great experience!

Cozy getaway

Chimney Hill Estate Inn located in historic Lambertville, New Jersey is the absolutely perfect place for a mother-daughter getaway, less than 2 hours’ drive from NYC. After a stressful work week, I knew a wellness weekend at Chimney Hill was exactly the respite that we both needed. This was our second visit and will certainly not be the last. We arrived Friday night and felt like it was a homecoming as soon as we heard the soft music, glimpsed the firelight in the Old Stone Room right off the entrance, and were greeted warmly by Sylvester, who co-owns the property with Marek. Both men are as hands-on as any hosts could be, and their passion for the place, and attention paid to every detail, ensures their guests always have the best experience. After checking in, we went out for a late dinner at Under the Moon, a recommended restaurant (just 9 minutes away), and returned to our cozy room with a mattress that makes you feel  like you’re sleeping on clouds. Saturday morning we awoke to a delicious home-cooked breakfast, and along with a small group of other guests, embarked on a “meditation walk” (a mellow hike) led by Marek. It was approximately a mile each way and we found ourselves at the top of a look-out point over the water which was once used by George Washington in the days of the Revolution. We were able to appreciate nature, history, and  most importantly each other’s company as we all turned off our cell phones during the walk and only used them to take some glorious photos at the top of the hill. Upon our return to Chimney Hill we were able to use the wonderful spa amenities including a sauna heated to perfection, and then, after a welcoming cold shower, a fabulous Cold Plunge. This was my first time doing hot-cold therapy and I really did not think I’d do it more than once. But it felt so good that we ended up doing three rounds of sauna and cold plunge, with a hot tub/jacuzzi finish. It was so invigorating and next time I am planning on doing four or more rounds. We were then served a healthy light lunch, fantastic soup and salad, before the afternoon’s adventure of a different sort of “therapy” - my daughter and I decided to visit the nearby Angelico winery, family-owned by Otto and Lily Angelico where we sampled one of their signature wines - a wonderful dry red called “The Miracle”. In addition to all the reasons to stay at Chimney Hill Estate, we can certainly say it is perfectly situated to visit the antiques stores and restaurants in town, and the lovely wineries. Marek and Sly are happy to share their personal recommendations with you for a well-rounded weekend that includes activities on the grounds and within a few minutes drive in either direction. We ended Saturday night in the Old Stone Room with relaxing warm herbal tea by the fire, blended with herbs chosen by Sly. Sunday morning after another fantastic breakfast at the Inn, we strolled around the town, and did a bit of shopping, before setting off home feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. Can’t wait until our next visit!

Hidden Gem of a Bed and Breakfast not too far from NYC. Lovely accommodations, attentive owners, delicious breakfast 😋.  Enjoyed learning about the history of the house in the scrapbook in the dining room.
The property has a lot to offer and we had a great experience!

Hidden Gem B&B

My husband and I just spent three nights for his birthday at Chimney Hill Estate.  The experience was wonderful. We rented a suite and it was just like the pictures portrayed - clean, modern, rustic and cool. We were surprised upon our arrival to our suite with a Happy Birthday banner and a bottle of wine to enjoy for the occasion.  The suite was so cozy with the fireplace and comfortable and  clean accommodations. Breakfast was delicious. The hosts Mark and Sylvester were very welcoming and offer great suggestions for things to see, do or places to go. 

The area has a plethora of restaurants, cafes, ice cream, shopping, art galleries, and antiques, and river-view fun, with two great towns Lambertsville NJ and New Hope PA just a bridge crossing away.  A must see is the Overlook view just round the corner from the Inn.  I would definitely come back as Chimney Hill Estate was so inviting. After working all week in the city, this B&B soothes your soul and revitalizes you for the week ahead!

What a great find! We booked on a whim at 9am on a Saturday for a 1 night stay that night. By 10am Marek had called to say to come whenever. This was early March so I know we got lucky on a non-busy weekend. 

The bed and breakfast itself is very nicely and modernly decorated, which was something we were looking for since typically B&B's are decorated more like grandma's house! Our room was in the attic of the main house. Definitely a tight squeeze to get up there for taller people but it really wasn't an issue at all. There are also 2 additional buildings with suites in the back that looked very nice. 

The location was great - 4 minutes into Lambertville and 7 minutes into New Hope by car. There are also Uber's in the area. 

We had a great breakfast the next morning with 2 other couples staying at the time.

Would highly recommend the Chimney Hill Inn!

A lovely getaway with fireplace and beautiful soaking tub! It’s a 5 min drive from the center of town. Highly recommend, as it was super clean, new construction and cozy. Marek was very responsive and made us a lovely  breakfast too!

Weekend getaway!

Absolutely beautiful and cute, hospitality at its best. The beds are very comfortable, and the whole place it’s immaculate clean! I think it’s a great venue for family, friends gatherings and weddings or a retreat . I would highly recommend it

Beautiful and clean

We went to Chimney Hill Estate Inn to spend time with family we don’t see very often.   It was a busy wedding weekend and we couldn’t  get a reservation anywhere in New Hope.   Turned out to be the best thing that happened!    We found this beautiful Inn that was renovated by the owners Sylvester and Mark.   They did an absolutely amazing job!  The Inn was built in 1820 and has been restored to feel quaint, rustic and picturesque!  We stayed in the main house which had lovely rooms and bathrooms.   We were able to take a look at the suites in the back and LOVED them!   We’re planning another trip in the summer and will definitely be booking a suite! 

  We had an amazing time and met wonderful people sitting around a fire in the living room.  Breakfast was included and was delicious.   We met Sylvester who was awesome and spoke to Mark on the phone who also was friendly, accommodating and helpful.
