Some of my issues are ongoing, meaning that I've shared them many times over the years in surveys like this. They include maintenance/repair issues such as light bulbs that are not working which haven't been replaced in several years and furnishings that are broken or non-functioning, such as the missing shower control handle during our last stay, and the LED lights that seemed like a fun idea, but didn't work, to concerns with amenities, such as food and those "extras" that made the stay "extra" special, such as the discontinued included cheesecake and chocolates. While continuing to provide a Martinelli bottle is nice and appreciated, discontinuing to put it on ice is another evidence of lowered quality.
During this most recent visit, we were especially disappointed that the breakfast menu changed -assumedly due to economizing, but the quality is greatly diminished too. We missed the included yogurt parfait and we mostly missed having the ham and cheese croissant option. The egg frittata wasn't that good, and my wife's wasn't even cooked -it was very liquidy with runny egg whites -yuck! While my toast was actually somewhat toasted, hers was like bread right out of the package. We shared these breakfast concerns when we checked out, but they were ignored, without even an apology.
We really like Anniversary Inn and especially the benefit that time together in a fun thematic room does to improve our marriage relationship, but over the years, our experience is that rooms are not well-maintained (yes, they are cleaned well though), and the quality has diminished. We will likely continue to frequent Anniversary Inn, but we are considering other locations.

Great Experience, but Quality and Maintenance standards are lowering

We have loved coming to Anniversary Inn in Logan in the past but they have new management & got rid of Romantic rewards & skimped on breakfast & were out of so many things like the complimentary sparkling cider & mints they leave in the room, etc.

Loved in past but not so much anymore

Of our 2 night stay, one room (The Presidential) was spot on. It was clean and relaxing. The 2nd room (Arabian Nights) had many maintenance issues. It is a premium room and needs some work. Fountain didn't work. Bathroom heater did not ever warm up. Carpet was dirty.

My boyfriend and I stayed there December 23rd-24th in the Imperial Palace to get some alone time for the weekend. Needless to say, we enjoyed our weekend. The bed and the blanket weren’t the most comfortable, but we still had a good night. I would most definitely stay at the Anniversary Inn again!

Imperial Palace

Room was in disrepair and needs better maintenance.  Faucets were falling off. New caulking needed.  Shower temperature would not adjust.  Water was super hard and dried out skin.  Door knob was loose.   Upstairs room was super noise…. Needs major updating!!!

We have stayed with the Anniversary Inn several times and always enjoy our visit. This time was no exception. We staying in "Rich's Drive Inn" room and it was AMAZING. An actual full size old truck with a bed in the back. It was so fun! You could get inside the truck, it had drive in movie speaker (if your old enough to know what those are) a huge TV, a working Coke soda fountain, and a wonder jetted tub- Just an amazing room! The check in service was fast and friendly and promptly at 8pm (as request) our popcorn arrived at our door. Promptly at 10 am as requested our wonderful breakfast was delivered. Just a wonder night, living in the past, sleeping in the bed of a truck watching movies. Wow. 

Tip for people that love their stay- ask about a bounce back pass - they are good for any day, any room, and can save you some real money. We buy one every visit. Well done guys - See you again soon!

Another Wonderful Stay with the Anniversary Inn

This place could be so fun. I love the idea of themed rooms. We were disappointed with so many areas. We stayed in the Swiss Family #1 
-The fish tank had 4 basic fish, I picked this one for the aquarium and it failed.
-There is an amazing two person tub… only to be ruined with no drain plug but some plastic disc from the 80’s that doesn’t work, and panty liners from the previous couple.
- The sink faucet is so crusty and gross
-Same with the shower head. 
-Ceiling fan doesn’t work
-A/C unit is on bottom level so air upstairs is hot and stale
-This is not a fault of the room but if you are one who gets up a lot in the night, the stairs are a little scary to go up and down with minimal light. 
-The Twinkle ceiling lights are amazing but only found them by accident, there is a chain hidden in the tree you have to pull, a instruction list would have been nice. 
-Last but not least there is not a single clock in the room, seems silly but when there is also no windows it would have been nice to not have to pull out my phone when I am trying to disconnect

Overall it was a fun and different experience, just wish it was updated and maintained a little better considering it’s $200ish a night. I don’t think these rooms have been touched in years.

Fun but not like it used to be

This room and this place is MAGNIFICENT! By far the most incredible stay we’ve ever had. We stayed in the Swiss family Robinson suite #1 in Logan. We were two hours late checking in, but The receptionist was impeccable. Everyone was so kind and caring. 

The room was easily accessible, right around the corner from the parking lot. We had the Swiss Family Robinson room #1. 

This room is SPECTACULAR! We immediately felt like we had been transported to the jungle!! The tree is just fantastic, and there’s a rock wall along the whole left side. The shower and tub are inside the rock rich is amazing. The whole room is just  so impeccably well done. The fish tank is amazing, it even has a pirate ship in it! And the fish were super cute. The bubbler In the fish tank sounded incredible! Just like a waterfall! And to top it all off as if the rest wasn’t incredible enough.. they have twinkle stars!!!! Talk about ENCHANTING! They truly looked like stars! Even the lights on the walls were amazing and fit the theme super well. The one by the bed hummed just slightly which made it feel like it was kerosene! Much more authentic.
Lying on the bed it felt like We were truly in the rainforest. We could hear the waterfall effect from the fish tank, the crickets and I could even almost hear rainforest birds singing, lying there looking up at the twinkle stars. Truly ENCHANTING. 

When we walked in it was nice and cold per our request to the staff.  It was spectacularly clean. Tons of little soaps and welcoming stuff around. Beautifully folded towels. The cleaning staff did an amazing job. And we found free sparkling cider iced and ready to go. We ordered a popcorn which  was the best popcornnWe’ve had in a while! 

Coming here was an absolute treasure, and I’ll remember it for the rest of my life. 

It was truly special to be with my sweetheart in such a romantic enchanting place. It didn’t even need rose petals or candles. It truly felt like sleeping in the Amazon rainforest but without the bugs, the tent and the fear of animals bothering you. I’m so glad we made it here. It was worth it!!I’d recommend it to EVERYONE! 10/5 stars!

ENCHANTING  romantic stay

This was our first time staying at the Logan Anniversary Inn, and it will definitely not be the last.  We loved everything about the Taj Mahal suite we stayed in from the grand staircase, to the king sized bed, the large bubbler tub, and the giant shower with a built in bench.   All the little details in the room made you truly feel as though you'd escaped to another country with your sweetheart. 

At check-in we were allowed to take 3 DVD's and warm chocolate chip cookies with us. Upon arriving we discovered our room had a television near the tub and another television upstairs in the bedroom which was an added bonus.  There was a cute seating area and a desk downstairs and an additional seat with side tables upstairs.  This room was grand in every way.

Breakfast was yummy, and everything tasted homemade. You were allowed to each choose 2 drinks, a fruit and yogurt parfait, and a small entree (we opted for a warm ham & cheese croissant and a warm raspberry cream croissant). They delivered our meal at an appointed time chosen during check-in. The evening before they brought us popcorn and snacks we had purchased for a small fee.

All the staff we interacted with were amazing, and we were especially excited to find out they offered a bounceback deal that  can be purchase within 24 hours of your checkout. We bought ours and can't wait to return in a few months. 

My husband and I both highly recommended The Anniversary Inn - Logan - location.

A Romantic Escape to the Taj Mahal.

We enjoyed our stay at the Logan Anniversary Inn. We booked the Oriental room and really enjoyed the atmosphere, lighting, and decorations. The entrance to the room opens up to a beautiful tub room with a small waterfall, statues, and really cool dimmable lanterns.  A warning though to anyone planning on booking this room, the bamboo blinds in the window which looks into the tub room are COMPLETELY see-through at night. I noticed these blinds shortly after check-in and out of curiosity went outside just to see if I was being paranoid about the privacy of these blinds. Nope! If you're standing outside of that room looking into that window at night, you can see pretty much EVERYTHING in that room from outside. Additionally, this window is visible from an area which appears to be publicly accessible - any random weirdo walking by who caught a glimpse into this window could easily see in, and there was no sign of security on the premises. Very creepy. Needless to say I went out and immediately bought a disposable table cloth and some tape to hang up over that window so it could not be seen through by anyone walking by, not the most relaxing feeling to think that you're staying in fishbowl of a room that would be a voyeur's dream come true. Obviously my next critique is subjective but I personally found the bed very uncomfortable (I prefer firm beds). The noise insulation here is virtually non-existent. From this room you could hear a conversation at normal volume elsewhere in the building with near complete clarity. Despite the drawbacks I would recommend Anniversary Inn because our stay was fun and escapist. The breakfast comes to your room in the morning at your chosen time, and it was amazing. Unless you are a complete exhibitionist however, I strongly recommend checking to make sure the windows in your chosen room cannot be seen through and testing how much of your conversation can be heard throughout the building!

Fun hotel, but be warned - the bamboo shades in the Oriental room are SEE-THROUGH and you can hear everything everywhere
