If you stay there, make sure you use cash! They'll wait till you've been gone awhile then use your credit card & run it up about $9900! If you have to use a card, get a pre-paid! They will also steal anything thats not locked up, the grounds keeper got our generator, & the lady at the desk used my wifes id to get cell phones! That whole mess cost us over $15k to fix! And the cops & FBI wont do nothing cuz its not over $20k!

Not Advised!

My Husband and I stayed here for a month. We paid upfront including a refundable deposit. We did no damage, paid our electric fee, which beware of this as well, because they over charged us for kwh before we were even in the park. The going rate in the area is .08 cents per kwh, they charge .12 per kwh. There is no one to answer their posted phone number if you have a problem. The voicemail picks up and transfers you to a full mailbox so you cant even leave a message. They do not return emails either. We can not get a refund. Guess we will need to go to small claims court to collect our refund as a matter of principle. Very Sad. Stay at your own risk.

Beware they take your money but won't give your refund due. No one there to call if you have a problem.

Even with kids, dogs and being near the front, we slept well and didn't hear any noise.  The bathrooms are spotless as is the washroom area.  We didn't use the pool but it looked clean.  The grounds are nicely kept and all the long-term residents keep their areas neat.  The only minus we found was the narrow tight spaces but our 40', towed with dolly fit, albeit snug.  It's close to shopping, downtown and restaurants with a coffee drive-through at the front entrance.  The staff is very friendly and helpful.  We will stay again when in the area.

Comfortable Relaxing Stay

Called, left messages, emailed, texts......no call backs or responses. Guess they don't want business. Wasn't all that great last time we stayed there anyway. TOO MANY old permanent set-ups, like a trailer park.

No response!!!!

We have a small travel trailer towed by a pickup.  The spot we were assigned in the "mobile home park" (obvious there are VERY few pass-thru RV travelers) was so small, we could barely fit our rig onto the site and had to make a choice between our small slideout it the awning (the slide out won). The rig next to us was maybe 10' away. Our pickup had to stick out into street after unhitching.  Overall, way TOO close. Plus too many children tearing around unsupervised on bicycles to consider returning to this RV park when we come back through the area to visit family. 

Sooooooo tiny....

This may have been an upscale RV resort at one time, but it appears to be more of a longterm/permanent resident trailer park now. It isn’t just one area, but all through the park there are trailers with piles of stuff, bikes, strollers and the like outside. There is a near-constant flow of residents, kids, and loud pickup trucks coming and going, especially on the main roadway. The restroom toilets (men’s at least) needed a good cleaning. Laundry is nice, but appeared to be in constant use by the residents, making it pretty much useless to RVers. We were annoyed last time we stayed here by a steady stream of kids on skateboards, bikes, bouncing balls etc going past our trailer. When we booked this time (8 months in advance) we were assured a space away from that traffic.  Nope.  Got nearly the same space.

On the positive side, the very tight spaces do have nice trees between them.  And it is close to virtually every store and restaurant you could want. If you are in Spokane for a three-month job, this is a nice spot. But it’s not a upscale resort for RVers just passing through.

Hardly a resort

We called this place on Friday and said we’d be there Sunday. We picked this one out the three local parks because of the indoor pool. 

We arrived Sunday evening, and the space they reserved for us had not been snow plowed, so after driving the RV all day, now we had to shovel out our space. Demerit #1. 

We set up and went to bed. The office doesn’t open until 11 am on Monday and Tuesday? And they close at 4 pm. Strange hours. The rest of the week they open at 9 am and close at 4 pm. 

So we wait until noon on Monday, even though we had a ton of stuff to do, and tell the office about having to shovel our space the day before. “I didn’t know you were coming Sunday”  was her response and when we pressed the issue a little about the other girl should have told them, they basically said that she didn’t tell them, and they didn’t say anything about taking corrective action, or even apologize. They offered to have the “guys” come shovel it now. Too late. We already did it ourselves. Demerit #2. 

The indoor pool, is closed for repairs. Demerit #3. 

And they charge for each dog, and even say they charge for the cats who never go outside. They charge for an extra car. They charge for an extra person. And the eight page “Application” to stay an extended period of time is a little excessive.  Demerit #4

And lastly, we wanted to stay for a month, 30 days... they only do a full month, like from the 1st to the 31. So to stay a month, we would have pay for the half month, since we arrived on the 12th, and then to stay for the next two weeks, we have to pay for the entire next month? Never heard of anything like that before. Now, when I asked about staying only 30 days, the girl at the office said it makes sense, and she would ask the manager and call me the next day and let me know. She didn’t call the next day, so I visited another RV park down the road and really like how friendly and on top of things they seemed to be. Plus the new place doesn’t charge for every little thing, and it’s cheaper on a 30 day basis. 

She calls the day after she told me she would and said the manager agreed to let us stay for just the 30 days, but by then it was too late, we already had plans at the other place. And that was the last straw. 

We left a day early. Maybe we got off on the wrong foot, or expected too much, but we just weren’t impressed at all. 

Bad start?

We spent 2 nights at this well groomed location with lovely patios, trees and bushes, many in fall colors. Service very friendly and accommodating. Cable service actually worked as promised. Warm pool room and excellent bathroom/shower facilities. Short ride into downtown Spokane. Will certainly stay here again.

Super RV Park

We were in Spokane for a week for a conference. This looked like a pretty good place for the money so we gave it a try.
We just have a small travel trailer with no slideouts, so one of the small back-in spaces worked fine for us. We were near the entrance, but that didn't prove to be a problem. The place is on the main highway, but the noise was manageable. 
The grounds are pretty well cared for. It has a nice clubhouse for hanging out, playground, a large lawn, and gas barbecues for the guests. 
The bathrooms are large, the showers are good. Maintenance is spotty, at least in the men's room. I noticed one of the stalls was out of toilet paper. It was still out two days later. I notified the front desk. I was told that the normal front desk person had recently left and the housekeeper was pressed into desk duty. She hadn't been told about the men's room situation, so she thanked me. The next time I checked, it had been resolved.
The wi-fi is really poor, at least near the office. It was only usable during the early morning. I'm guessing that lots of folks are streaming TV during the evening, pretty well killing the service for others. I just wanted to check email and look up a few things, so I resorted to using my phone as an access point. For what its worth, this is pretty common among RV parks. 
We were overall pretty happy with these caveats. We noticed that a lot of restaurants and stores we visited during our week were also short-staffed, which is probably a sign of low unemployment. It's tough finding low-wage workers.

Pretty Nice, Could be Great

We stayed here during a trip to see family in Spokane. To start with I must say the park grounds are very well maintained and clean. Now to the nitty-gritty of our stay. The RV spots are VERY SMALL and tight to get into, you do in most cases have to choose between your awning or tip-out, obviously the tip-out wins. The bathrooms were in need of attention for sure, no toilet paper in one of the stalls, the other toilet clogged and the trash can overflowing with paper. The WiFi was weak and poor at best, my cell signal was faster than the internet in the park. The cable TV was poor and so slow that the voice and picture didn’t match. All I can say is for the price per night, the joint needs some work for sure!
