The rooms were recently renovated so no complaints there except no microwave or fridge in rooms. The hours of coffee shop, pool & cafe weren’t good. At best 7p-7a. Ate in cafe but were served in a box. Casino is dated & buttons on mach don’t work

Disappointed

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Called at 8pm at night to see if a room was available. Was told they had a couple suites available and one single room. I took the room, gave my credit card, etc and told them I was leaving and would be late coming from over 4 hours away. Got there and was told that they were booked. Said yes but I have a reservation. Nope. Didn’t matter. No room. We drove four hours through corn fields and darkness wanting a couple hours sleep on our way to Arkansas and these people stranded us in the middle of nowhere at one am!! Nothing was available for over 200 miles!! Insane. I will NEVER return. Do not book expecting a place to sleep. It’s a dump to begin with - hookers abound, but at least they should honor reservations!! No excuse.

Hidden gem in the Mississippi Delta!  The rooms are big and spacious.  The property is very clean.  The steak house is phenomenal!  Steaks are cooked perfectly!  The Poker bar is great!  I can watch games as well as place sports bets on the kiosk.

If you’re one that has expectations of what a normal hotel would offer you as you travel about this beautiful country, you will be very disappointed in Harlow’s casino resort and hotel. Sorry fast food “restaurant” with condescending or inattentive staff, very limited menu, and uncomfortable beds will be what is offered at the end of your weary day. Please save yourself sad disappointment by staying away from this dreary, apathetic place.

I got this hotel room as a last minute sort of thing because I decided to Greenville as a spur of the moment.  I only needed one night's stay so I didn't think it'd be that big of a deal.  Also, I needed to have an internet connection the next morning because I had an important Zoom meeting in New Mexico to attend.  So, my plan was to get up in the morning take a quick shower and prep for the meeting.  Well, when I woke up at 7:30 I noticed a letter on the desk saying that they will have a power outage between the hours of 6:00 and 8:00 am so I just thought hey, they must have already had the outage, I'm good to go.  So, I started logging into the hotel's WiFi connection getting prepped for the meeting.  The connection seems all good to go, now I'm all read.  I have a little over an hour to wait for the meeting since it's almost 8:30 in MS which means it's 7:30 in NM.  Well, not even 2 min. later, the power goes out.  It's well outside of the 6-8 am the letter stated.  Ok, all is still not lost.  I can get my son up and we could both take a shower.  Well guess what, apparently the power must be tied to a well or something because the was nearly no water pressure.  So, now I'm really pissed because it's really difficult to take a shower in the dark with no water pressure and I still have the meeting.  So, we shower with what little water pressure is left, gather our things up (in the dark mind you) and try to head to my brother's house to set things up for the meeting there.  I have to tell you, it's a real pain in the ass to pack up your belongings and find your way to a stair well to exit the hotel in the freaking DARK!  This was the crappiest hotel experience I've ever had, and I gotta tell you, I've stayed at some really crappy hotels. And all of this for the low, low price of 174 bucks!  If there's a way to give a negative star, this hotel is very deserving of it!  I'm as mad as a rained on rooster!!!! F**K HARLOW'S!!!!

In the dark!

been waiting 3 weeks and my deposit has not been returned  was told it would be refunded  in 7-14 days  have called hotel several times and cannot get any information from them    I will never make the mistake of staying there again

Harlows, we see your plan, take all you can take in lieu of the Casino opening soon in Pine Bluff.  Your games are trash.  Just like the people travel 2 1/2 hours to get here; we’ll gladly travel those hours to get Pine Bluff.  I betcha the Indians will be nicer than this joint.  Bye forever, waiting on October 1, 2019. Or

I was traveling on motorcycles with family and friends.  Harlow's was on the way and several in our group wanted to stay somewhere where there was something to do.  We called Harlow's and were told that there were 3 restaurants and 2-3 bars ion the premises.  One of the restaurants was a steak place and we looked forward to having a couple of cocktails and a good steak without having to leave.  The steak restaurant was closed.  The buffet restaurant was open but the food was picked over and a poor selection of some kind of seafood.  We ended up at the snack bar for various sandwiches.  

The entire casino area including the bar was filled with cigarette smoke.  Since one of our travelers had asthma, she couldn't stay in there very long.  

The rooms were nice being recently remodeled but for some reason, our room had plastic under the sheets on the bed.  Maybe I don't want to know why but it made sleeping kind of hot.

I think that when you book a hotel, the person you talk to should inform you if something is closed or inoperative.  You should not have to find out after you check in.

By the way, the gentleman who was doing the valet parking was wonderful.  He let us park the bikes in front where they could be watched.  He was also charming and great to talk to.

Restaurant closed

The fried chicken is always good, creamy WHITE gravy made w/ REAL cream is good too, yet all sides are LOADED with sugar; salads soaked in a cheap dressing made the day before; frozen desserts suck-not fresh.  Boiled shrimp is o.k. but the salmon fails. THERE R NO CHEFS, only "cooks". I actually watched a female "cook" PRESS  down an egg mixture in the pan WITH HER GLOVED HAND in a failed attempt to make an OMELETTE!  (Worse omelette I ever tasted). The food is pitiful overall & has gone straight downhill since the original restaurant flooded & they lost their skilled staff. Certified "chefs" have moved from this impoverished area & there are no better choices in Greenville city either.

FOOD IN BUFFET IS AWFUL!

I visit there with my family from N.C. , and the valet was very helpful but the front desk clerks were not very engaged and happy go lucky kind of people. they acted as   
if I wasn't there or I as if I was bothering them. I even had  to ask where and how to get around and where was the elevator. if I ever do decide to go back I will on a better shift at night time. they need better staff. this hotel needs room service and refrigerators and microwaves in all rooms and vending machines. please do better.
