O stars DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!! Please just trust me when I say this is the worst place we have ever stayed! Horrible dirty rooms, no housekeeping! $90 room? Are you kidding me I wouldn’t pay $20 for my dog to stay here! Disgusting place! Anywhere is better than here! Keep going down the road! Wyndham should be ashamed to be associated with this property! They charged our card a mic fee of $45 after leaving and said it was due to having a dog! We never had a pet with us! Even if we did their pet charge if $10 not $45 I can’t stress enough of how horrible this place is!!!!!! We stated for 6 hours in the most disgusting room I have ever been too! And after reading reviews we are not the only ones that had this happed to!

I wish I'd read the earlier reviews of this place on trip adviser before booking. We were on a long drive from Florida to Colorado and chose some stop offs that equalled out our daily mileage. This was one of them, and I should have just kept going. All the reviews about the place are true. It is run down and should be demolished because renovation would probably cost more than a total rebuild. When we entered the lobby it smelled like there was a gas leak, but chose not to say anything. When we got to our room the first thing we did was turn on the A/C and I have never heard such a noisy unit in any hotel I have ever stayed in. We both agreed we would get no sleep with this so went back to the office and I have to say the Manager was appreciative of the issue and gave us another room. The second room was somewhat better than the first but still old worn out fixtures and fittings but at least the A/C was OK. Then one of us flushed the toilet and it howled like a banshee.  I wish I could upload a video of it but can only post pictures. There are so many budget hotels around these days that are so much better than this place for the same price so regrettably I have to say do not book this place. We were due to use it on our return but I will cancel and find something better. 

Give this a miss

Room is rundown and in need of updating and it was obvious that the room had not been vacuumed however my main complaint is with Wyndam and the local operation at Concordia.  I was charged 33 dollars more than the amount I was shown when I booked the room online.  I still had the website open to prove the original price.  Jasmine, at the front desk said I would have to take it up with Windham.  I spent 30 minutes on the phone with Hope at Wyndham reservations, who saw the problem and tried to fix it only to have everything she did be undone by someone overnight.  Jasmine called the manager and he was unable to grasp the situation and offered a 10 dollar discount.  To add insult to injury I was double billed for the room!  I was supposed to be contacted by Windham customer service but never was so I had to resort filing a dispute with my credit card company.  When I booked this I didn't expect much from a 60 dollar room but all we wanted was eight hours of sleep.  What I didn't expect was over an hour of my time trying to fix their problem.

Wyndham needs to do better

Try to avoid this location- Room is dated with cable box, the bathroom is filthy, carpets are stained and unclean.  Breakfast was a waste, some waffles and cereal-vending machine's were empty and there was no room to sit down if you wanted breakfast-we skipped the meal.  

DIRTY ROOMS

My parents stayed here. My mom passed away the morning they were supposed to check out. Unfortunately, we can not find my moms wedding rings. Thinking maybe they were accidentally left in the room, we called the hotel to check. The lady was RIDICULOUSLY RUDE. What we are going through is rough enough. We did not need UNNECESSARY INCONSIDERATION. I can’t speak of the condition of the building or cleanliness of the room but this establishment is not ran by decent human beings and that speaks volumes.

Horrible Human Beings

Absolutely disgusting do not waste your money. Bugs in multiple rooms, horrible odors of mold mildew and smoke.front desk clerk was extremely rude  and Management refuses to acknowledge any of my complaints. Extremely unprofessional.

Horrible establishment

I booked this hotel for an overnight trip to avoid driving straight through to our destination and would avoid staying here again. I'm looking at either booking another hotel in town next time I'm through or completely skipping Concordia and staying in Boonville or Kansas City.

We arrived around 10:30pm. Had to fill out a paper guest registration form even though I had a reservation. After getting the billing statement, I noticed there was an extra charge for my room and the receptionist didn't respond to my question about the charge. 

Once in the room, the bedding seemed fine, there was water still in the bathtub, along with a  couple strands of hair and the enamel chipping from the tub. There was also black spots forming on a piece of sheetrock from the ceiling in the bathroom. I also thought it was weird to find an envelope on the nightstand with "Thank you for tipping your housekeeper!" 

Before we went to sleep, I go to lock and latch the door, and noticed the top and bottom of the door do not line up with the door frame, so it looked like the door was partially cracked from the inside. Scary!

We also went to the lobby to get ice for water bottles and were told that the machine needed an hour to make ice. We went back at breakfast...and it wasn't working still. 

Speaking of breakfast... Packaged muffins and doughnuts. Bread for Toast, two cereals, and a pancake maker. The coffee was your normal hotel coffee. 

Upon check out, the front desk attendant was playing on their phone and just told me to drop the keys in the box and didn't really converse.  

So avoid this place and stay at another hotel in town or another town all together.

rooms are in need of serious cleaning and renovation.     In need of Days Inn to come in and support owner in serious renovation and cleaning procedures.  Poor ventilation.

We came down on a motorcycle trip. Joel, the guy who runs the place, was awesome. Bike wash, covered parking, clean rooms and within walking distance of downtown Eureka Springs. Check out the Cathouse and tons of great local eateries in the area.

Very hospitable! Close to town and a great value

Terrible. As far as I know this hotel doesn't even exist. I'm getting emails from them about my supposed stay, that are intrusive enough to make me confident that this hotel is poorly run and if one were to stay there, they would likely be subject to a deluge of annoying marketing emails.
