not a bad place. Im used to staying at Comfort Inn. but, parking good. eating places and gas stations close by. staff was friendly. it was clean and affordable. needed softer pillows. fridge didn't get cold enough. needed a healthier breakfast (fruit or wheat muffins with fruit added)

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Easy access to nearby services. The breakfast was good. A little something that should satisfy most tastes.
I recommend it.

A good place to stay for a fair price.

I had never stayed at a super 8 before and I didn't know what to expect but, with that said, my expectations were not too high. I was very pleasantly surprised -- the people were friendly and pleasant, the place was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast had the basics and that is all that we really needed.

VERY FRIENDLY STAFF AND CLEAN

Clean, comfortable, looked like the room was recently updated except for bathroom. Staff was very nice and friendly. Nicely located next to stores and restaurants and next to a cinema that has 4 screens.

Very nice hotel

As soon as I walked into the room it smelled horrible like mold and mildew. There was part of the ceiling coming apart the fire alarm didn’t look like it was connected. There was a hole in the wall under the sink the floor felt dirty when walking on it. The ac vent on the front of the unit had black stuff on it. The toilet wasn’t secured to the floor. I asked for a new room they told me no I had no choice but to stay. Oh and the shower did not work properly. They might want to hire a maintenance guy. 

Room was disgusting

I stayed 3 nights in April 2021.  This hotel and grounds were very clean and well kept.  My room was also very clean and the staff was great.  A special thank you to Trina at the front desk on the night I checked in.  She was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my stay. I've stayed here before and will definitely stay again the next time I'm in Farmington.

3 night stay

My Fiancee booked a pet friendly room directly through the hotel for us 4 days in advance. He asked for his total including any fees. Upon arrival, we were told a different price and told there would be a $200 deposit. They insisted that it be cash even though they had his card on file. We went to an ATM and came back to check in. He was then given a 10 minute lecture on all the different ways they could keep our deposit. The list included even them suspecting that you had smoked in the room. We decided to stay anyway because there arent many pet friendly options and we have 2 chihuahua pups. We were woken up at 1:30 in the morning to the front desk clerk and 3 police officers banging on our door. The employee stated that they had already been to our room and warned us about smoking marijuana in the room and we had to leave immediately. We were never warned and we never smoked anything in the room. My Fiancee has his medical card and had his medicine with him, but he went outside to smoke it.  We had been in bed for almost 2 hours already when they accused us.  We were told we had to call the next morning to speak to a manager about our deposit and no receipt was given to us. My Fiancee attempted to contact the manager all day but was consistently told he was busy. So he called corporate and filed a complaint. The manager finally called back and said that because a complaint was filed, he will not issue a refund. 

The staff were extremely rude from the moment we walked in the door. They lied and stole our deposit for no reason. The room reaked of dog urine and even the halls stunk. It was not very clean and the room was tiny. You would be better off staying literally anywhere else.

Crooks.

Booked a one night room for my fiancé and our two small dogs. Her and I have a long distance  relationship as of right now and meet every weekend to spend time together. Was told on the phone one price 4 days before check in and when I arrived was given a different price and told I needed to give them a $200 cash deposit. I offered to put it on my card but was told they prefer cash.  I left went to the ATM and got the cash. When I arrived back at the hotel the staff gave me a 10 minute speech on how they could keep my deposit. I had a bad gut feeling and even told my fiancé that I thought they were going to try keeping my deposit. Went out to smoke, on camera, multiple times with no issues. At 1:30 am we were awoken to loud banging on our door. The front desk clerk and 3 police were there and told us we had to leave for smoking in the room. We not only didn’t smoke in the room but had went out and purchased air freshener to make the room smell better as it had a musty smell on our arrival. I don’t even smoke in my own home, always smoke outside.   I am a legal medical marijuana patient and had my medicine with me in my bag. I never even took it out of the container in the room. The clerk told the police we were warned once, which we were not. Not one call or anything until 1:30 when they kicked us out. That can be verified through the cameras and the call logs to the room. The responding police said they could only smell the herb and didn’t smell like we had smoked in the room. After getting the run around finally got a call back from the manger today and he said if the police who responded can tell me they don’t think you smoked in the room I’ll give your $200 deposit back. As of right now waiting on him to call me again because the responding police aren’t on shift till 10 pm tonight, when the manager won’t even be there. 

Horrible horrible experience. In the 10+ years I’ve traveled, staying at Super 8’s all across the country,  I’ve never had an experience like this with any hotel. If I get my deposit back I will rewrite this review to reflect that.

Worst Experience at a hotel ever. STAY AWAY!

We stayed overnight for a wedding. Very clean Hotel. Great breakfast buffet with lots of hot options and the serving area was spotless. (So glad breakfasts are back at hotels after covid-19). Our bed was comfortable, I loved the fluffy pillows. The bathtub was oversized so there was a lot of room for showers. Their shampoo smelled great. We had one thing that needed to be fixed in the room and the manager was up there within 10 minutes and it was taken care of. No elevator but stairs were right near the lobby. The check-in lady was happy and gave us everything we needed to know before we even asked. Bottles of sanitizer were around. Really great price for what was provided. Part of our group stayed across the parking lot at a hotel that was twice as expensive that did not have breakfast. We try to stay at Wyndham Hotels often for the bonus points and we have enjoyed every stay
