I was driving across America on US 2 and decided to stop here HOURS before I ever saw the motel.  It was the only motel that put up any form of advertisement along my route.  (granted you have to go quite a ways before the next sign)

The motel was clean and comfortable.  Perfect price for a single traveler on a budget.  
My room looked like what you see in the picture.  

I had a craving for pizza and the gentleman at the counter said the best pizza is at the Alibi Bar.  He was right!!!  It's just a short walk down the hill, or a 2 minute car ride, whichever you prefer.

Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for short stay.

We found this motel to be inexpensive and clean.  However, the complex also includes apartments and our room was adjacent to one with several young children in it.  At 10:20 P.M., they were still going strong making all kinds of racket.  The front desk clerk also made some comments of a political nature that were not well received by me, as a customer.  It may be an election year, and a politically charged one at that, but people who work daily with the public should keep their comments to themselves in a business setting.  

Clean and Inexpensive, But Walls are Thin

Older motel, nonetheless clean and comfortable. Economically priced. Flat screen TV with DirectV service, and free high speed internet. Loved the large bathroom with great water pressure. They also have month to month furnished apartments, and I am currently residing in one of them for two months. Awesome price for the property that includes utilities.

One night motel stay turned into apartment rental

This place offered a monthly rate. Big mistake staying more then an hour. The weekly and monthly renters at this place have screaming unruly kids that are allowed to run the halls,,slam doors,,and owner says as long as they pay rent,,they can do what they want. This place has small rooms,,lousy small beds,,and there are better places to stay that will be worth a few more bucks PS- Also be aware of pitbulls,,mean pitbulls

The hotel itself quaint.The signage on the road for many miles previous is what drew us to it.The first room we were in the sink didn't drain but moved to another with no problem.The bed how ever was very uncomfortable and Wi Fi was too weak to use.The desk clerk was very helpful and recommended great places to eat.Probably would not stay there again.

Good price Poor beds

Location: On the outskirts of the small town of Shelby, MO, it's very quiet. In the center, the train often passes through and gives a loud signal at every street crossing. Fortunately, the railway line is far enough away and you don't hear it too loud. The reception is very small and simple, but the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are simply furnished and have some wear and tear, but they're clean. It's just a very simple 2-star hotel. The picture on the ad is presumably green. Neither the house nor the surroundings are green. There's no mountain view. There's no parking space and ice machine. The motel has nothing to offer. If you don't have a big window, it's more convenient than a midnight snack.

It promises more than it believes.

Unfortunately, when you're in transit, you can 't always find the ideal accommodation, so this time we've reached the O 'Haire Manor Motel. Reception 1970s with unkind staff, the room was on the first floor with the door that didn 't close well because it was already forced.
