200$ for one night.  Uncomfortable beds/bedding. Pillows were subpar. Sink didn't get hot,  shower water temperature would not regulate and would stay too hot. Did not have a bath,  which sucked cuz we had babies that needed a bath after traveling and hiking all day.  Only had a travel size shampoo and one bar of soap.  Did not have a blow dryer (which we needed because we didn't pack one cuz hotels normally have one) 
The cherry on the cake was that the doorknobs were handicap doorknob which our toddler could open and even if we locked the door,  as soon as you turn the knob it unlocks immediately.  Our toddler escaped a couple of times,  leaving us to chase him out in the parking lot.  Ultimately we had to wedge a chair under the doorknob to keep him from escaping. I've stayed at way more questionable hotels that were better then this one,  with more amenities.  

Will never stay here again

Mt Shasta was a quick stopover on our way to Portland. Checking in was easy and the lady was very nice. 
The room was quite large but the bathroom was pretty small.  The bath tissue dispenser was quite a reach and I was afraid I’d throw out my back trying to grab some. 
This is also one of the cleanest old motel I’ve been too as it’s also been recently renovated. 
No coffee maker or hairdryer but they do have a good size refrigerator and small microwave. 
Not walking distance to the heart of town but there is a few restaurants nearby.  Also near railroad tracks -but then again I love the sound of trains. 

Very nice budget motel 

Perfectly adequate, scrupulously clean, humble, and simple hotel, walking distance from several good restaurants.  Smallish but adequate room.  OK bed.  Terrible pillow -- bring your own.  Single story, with parking right out front of the room.  Three stars for this, then a bonus point for being very good value.

Independently run, by what appears to be an Indian family.  I go out of my way to avoid chains and support independent hotels and restaurants, and this is a good example.

Humble, Clean, Adequate, Good Price

Very clean, quiet and convenient to town and attractions. Drive right up to your room, one story so no noise from upstairs. If you can’t handle a few steps ask for a room where it’s flat from parking to room. Fridge and micro and owner gave us a small coffee pot to use. Took our own filters and coffee.  Take a hairdryer. We’d stay there again.

Nice Motel

Simple motel with smaller room but very clean.  No tub, only shower.   You can drive right up to the room.  Felt safe.

I found the lady who checked me in, very nice.  Easy walk into small town.  

No breakfast which I prefer.

Older motel very clean and simple

unfriendly check-in and unfriendly staff throughout stay. yes, the motel is basic and clean (enough), but there are plenty of comparable properties in mt shasta for a similar price. no late check out option, no amenities. the overall tripadvisor rating on this property is misleading.

It's a cute little motel in Mount Shasta. It was clean and the price was also absolutely fine. The staff was also very accommodating! However, there was no dryer in the bathroom, which already bothered me a bit and the bed wasn't very comfortable. But for one night perfectly okay!

Great price, but only for one night.

Despite the staff being rather friendly and hospitable, this motel is really not terrible! Old, very small rooms. Cages made of cardboard. Cleanliness limited. Noise from the air conditioners very much present. Not even a coffee available at the reception. Prices far too high for what is on offer.
