1703 is a beautiful condo. I have stayed here three times. It is my favorite beach condo and I always try to rent this one. I have already booked for next October. That being said, I would suggest replacing the cookware. The non-stick surfaces have been scratched and the baking pans are stained. There is an incomplete set of stainless. These are all things that 100$ and a trip to Walmart could fix. There needs to be more than one dish towel and one potholder needed to get things out of oven. Overall, furnishings are beautiful, beds are comfortable and the cleaning service does an excellent job. By far the best view from the balcony that we have experienced-this view makes it our favorite destination and Navarre is our kind of beach-not touristy and totally relaxing. We love it here!

Beautiful Condo on the best beach!

This place has cockroaches and southern vacation rentals give terrible customer service. We stayed there for a week told them about it the first day and they did not offer a solution until 2 days before we left. Avoid this place and avoid southern vacation rentals.

We stayed in Unit 1403 at The Pearl Of Navarre Beach and were very pleased with the location, pricing, amenities, gorgeous view and the private balcony.  It seemed like this beachfront condominium was recently upgraded because the furniture, linens, etc all seemed new.  We have already booked this condominium again!

We Liked It So Much, We Already Booked Our Next Stay

We stayed in unit #804. The unit itself is really nicely decorated and The Pearl itself is in an amazing location. However, this unit has a few flaws that need addressed, what I consider, rather immediately. For a condo to be beachfront and cost $2,100 for a 5 night stay, you’d think or hope you could get a decent night rest. However, this units beds, all 3 of them are in desperate need of replacement. The mattress and box springs are squeaky, outdated, mattress are worn out and have “sink holes” in them where people lay. Very uncomfortable. To the point that my wife actually got up and slept on the couch one night. Very disappointing.

In the units specific listing, it said there would be beach chairs available every day for this unit - however, you have to beat everyone down to the beach each morning, as The Pearl only allows a certain amount of chairs put out each day, with most of them having specific names written on them that you can’t use. If you’re late to the beach (8:30-9AM) you won’t have a chair to sit in and the beach helper will not find you one either. But of course, you can rent one for $40/day. Say what? Yeah…that’s right. 

Elevator waits: just be ready to wait. There is only two elevators for the entire property and with 17 floors of units… you do the math. Sometimes we would wait up to 15 minutes for an elevator to come to the 8th floor… when you have a 9 year old wanting to hit the beach, that seems like a day trip waiting on the elevator. 

Cathy, the person over the property, or at least the one responsible for our stay, didn’T answer text or emails after we arrived. Service before hand was ok, but after sale service was poor at best. We had people around our unit, smoking on the balconies, even thoug it was specifically listed not to… so we got to enjoy the smell of stank cigars all of our trip, along with people blasting music on Bluetooth speakers at all hours of the night. I text, emailed and tried to contact Cathy, but with zero response. Again, very disappointing. 

Unit #804 is a nice unit, but in what I looked up to be estimated to be a $500,000 condo, you’d at least hope to be sleeping on a nice mattress, and the plugs for electricity are out of reach for normal phone charges. Some lamps for the nightstands would be much more sufficient with built-in plugs to allow things to be plugged in. 

Also, the TV skips… which is not a big deal, but some needs to address it at some point. We were hanging out chilling and relaxing, watching the Food network channel, and all the channels started skipping so bad we couldn’t watch it anymore. This happened multiple days. 

Overall, the beach at Navarre and the local food scene and atmosphere saved this trip for us, but for $2,100 on a 5 night stay… we will be staying somewhere else the next time we visits Navarre.

An OK stay, but… beware of some things.

The Pearl has large spacious rooms and parking is not an issue. Most condos come with beach service, but be nice to Juan! He is awesome! People think they should get the number of chairs of the people staying there… NOPE! Also, be aware that people go out as early as 6:30 and start stalking for seats, REALLY! Don’t complain to the property manager either! He doesn’t care. I asked when the pool would be cleaned- shrimp shells in it. After being asked if I was an owner… dismissed. (It’s cleaned daily…) the beach access is very nice and easy for anyone to use, yes, handicap accessible for sure. Nice and quiet place.

This review is super late, but better late than never LOL. 

My husband and I had a 3 day getaway for our anniversary in July 2020. We normally stay at Springhill down the street, but because of Covid wanted to cross paths with as few people as possible. So we decided a condo was the way to go. That way we could grocery shop and cook our own meals instead of going out. 

It was the best decision we could have made! The Pearl #1603 was everything! Clean, spacious, private, and had an amazing view! Everything we needed to have a safe, fun and relaxing few days. We absolutely loved it! 

Best beach stay so far! 

We stayed for a short getaway in Unit 1304 at the Pearl.  It had just been redone and looked great.   Spectacular views and a gorgeous space to hang out and relax in.   Great beach vibe and clean! Loved the wine fridge in the bar area.  Made cocktail time a blast.

Pearl 1304 Navarre Beach was great.  Highly recommend!!

We checked in last Friday and this condo is not like the pictures online. The condo is dated and in need of some repairs. The main fridge will not keep items cold. Going into room 3 the threshold has nails that will catch your toes. The toilet in room 3 is broken at the base and cracking on the inside. The fridge in room 3 is froze up. Room 3 the tub has broken jets so we were scared to turn it on. The bed in room 3 was not a queen size but 2 twins pushed together. Room 2 has the bed against the closet so you can’t use it. The whole condo was not clean by normal standards, there are cobwebs hanging off the lights and on the outdated decor. The carpets need cleaned. The area is nice but the condo needs help.

We stayed at the Pearl in Condo 605. Great condo and location. View from the balcony was incredible. The bed in the master bedroom was one of best mattresses I have slept on!!. Great accessory was the ice machine under the wet bar. Highly recommend this condo and the Pearl. Will be back and hope to get this Condo again!!

Great Condo and Location

We love the Pearl, been coming hear for years and have always had a good experience with the multiple condos we have stayed in.  The Pearl is very secure and a great location.  You can see dolphins out playing in the waves most mornings from the balcony.  If you stay hear and want comfortable furnishings,then do not rent condo 1504.  The condo itself is nice enough, it is on the 15th floor with a beautiful view.  All the appliance work great, including the air conditioning and had everything we need for a weeks long stay.  

Our biggest issue was the bed in the master bedroom, the mattress sagged very badly (see photo, you can even see the topper in the photo).  We ended up putting pillows between the mattress and box springs and bought a $100 king size topper, which we had to leave there since we were flying home.  Woke up with hurting backs every morning.  The sofa and love seat we not much better.  Our friend said the mattress in the second bedroom was fine.  If the owners could update the furnishings this would be a top notch place to stay.
