The resort has some dated furniture, but new sofa and love seat.  The unit we were in was exceptionally clean.  There are some good activities and trips that won't break the bank. There is a lot of work going on outside around the resort and you definitely have to travel for restaurants and shopping.  However, it is a great starting point for day trips.  The bathtubs are slippery, although they have added strips  to the tub, we still needed a mat.  They also have grip handles if needed.  The staff is very good and issues are resolved promptly.  I hope to go back again


Very Accommodating 

Very dated units and furniture. Not enough seating in living area for the number of people it slept, and very uncomfortable. Great location though, centrally located to all we wanted to do for the week. 

Resort needs A much needed update.

We picked this location for the indoor pool and tub that we saw in the reviews. The dates for our travel also matched for this timeshare exchange. 

We exchanged thru RCI and our agent confirmed we were staying in a 2 bed, 2 bath unit, with the master having a king bed. When I called the resort to confirm our reservation, I was told me only had a 1 bath unit with a queen bed in the master. That wasn’t going to work and I expressed that to Kim, the front desk lady. She advised to go back to RCI to have them change our reservation. But she also mentioned this to her supervisor, Sharmaine. She then decided to just upgrade us to a 2 bath and not deal with RCi. That was very nice of them. Thank you, ladies! We had an upstairs unit which overlooked the woods. 

The unit was dated, especially the couch. But we weren’t even staying the whole week we had it reserved, so no big deal.  They had Corelle plates and bowls but oddly, they didn’t have regular spoons. They had dinner and salad forks, soup spoons and teaspoons but no regular ones. They also provided some kind of sponge that had soap in it. After a few uses, it started to smell like rust and rust did come out of it. Very weird.

Washer and dryer units were helpful especially with keeping winter gear clean and fresh smelling. It’s very small though so 2 snow bins were it, per load. Bring your detergent. The unit was clean and it provided ample space for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. It also wasn’t too far of a drive from the Tilton outlet and the Ice Castles. We recommend this place as staff are always friendly and helpful - Tom and Mike, thank you! And they have enough for guests to do on site. Make sure to check the lobby for tours and whatnot,

Not a bad stay

We go here to ski. There are quite a few mountains close by, 1/2-3/4 hr., to choose from. It is nice and roomy, clean, full kitchen, and pool the kids love. I am sure it is beautiful in the summer also

Great central area, clean, roomy

Cold Spring is the place to relax and unwind!
We have stayed at Cold Spring multiple times. The resort always meets our expectations. The staff are always friendly and professional. The property is always clean and welcoming. We are avid hikers and ski freaks! 

Relax in NH

This is a beautiful place, in the mountains with a great forest. The service is excellent. The fireplace adds to the charm. I have been several times and will return. It is older but very clean. I like the location, a 30 minute drive from Concord and 15 toTilton.

Relaxing getaway

The resort is located in the center of NH. Plenty of restaurants, ski areas, lakes nearby, HIKING  and activities in close proximity. The units are comfortable with space to spread out. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is a big plus.  The sleep 8 units have 2 bathrooms and are nice and quiet. There's indoor and outdoor pools, golf, activities for kids right at Cold Springs and van trips for exploring. We come here all four seasons and always find it relaxing and comfortable. A great place to make family memories.

Perfect for family vacations!

Cold spring is an older resort in NH. It is very well maintained and very clean. It has everything you need from bedding, pillows and soap.
You do need to bring your perishables, such as coffee and sugar.
Keep in mind this is not a hotel.
The units are spacious and comfortable. Having a fireplace was a treat on cool nights, however they only allow duraflame logs to be used, which can be purchased at the office. Suggest you read the 
Binder the give you when you register. Lots of useful information.
The pools were both very nice, locker rooms and sauna were very clean.  Our unit had one bathroom which was more than enough.
It would have been nice to have a king bed.  The bed was a little hard and the pillows very flat.  Next time I'll bring my own pillow.
Location is in the middle of everything lots to do in NH. I had to keep in mind we were in the mountains not the city, everything is a bit of a ride.
I would definitely recommend this resort to everyone.
But I would also remind everyone that this is not a hotel!

Very nice location and very relaxing!

We enjoyed Cold Springs. It is an older resort but well kept up. Unfortunately only one bathroom to be shared in the two bedroom units. New compact washer/dryer in the unit and comfortable living room furniture. Bedding could be upgraded but beds were comfortable. Great area for seeing NH and the convenience to the White Mt County Club for golf was a definite plus. Staff was very accommodating.

Nestled in the Woods

While the interior of the rooms are a little dated and TV a little small for today's standards the units are clean, roomy and efficient. Golf course on site it's quite adequate and their staff is extremely accommodating. The staff at the front desk will check you in very quickly and get you a book with all kinds of things that are happening for the week. I would suggest actually looking at some of the activities as we didn't and wish we did.
