Stayed in this motel for one night. Girl at the reception made us feel very welcome. As the weather was wonderful we use the outside pool. Great facility. You can buy drinks on the other side of the road at the gasstation. Rooms are spacious, clean with all you need for a good stay. May be a bit too expensive, but will still recommend this place!! 

Nice place, clean rooms, friendly people

Stayed two nights here in early September while visiting the area. The hotel is perfectly situated about 150 feet from the highway exit (41, of course) and an easy 5 minute ride from Main Street, with it's restaurants and shops.

First, the negatives. Forget the advertised "breakfast included". It's a joke - essentially a bowl of individually wrapped cookies, etc and a coffee machine. Skip it, and head over to The Coffee Pot on Main Street (5 minutes, easy parking) for a great breakfast at a vintage coffee shop/diner spot. Great fun.

The other problem we had was noise. The doors to the next room need better soundproofing as you could hear entire conversations or tv shows quite clearly. Also, there was considerable noise from outside, as people checked out, walked by, conversed, etc.

Otherwise, a good experience overall!
The beds were comfortable, but "noisy" (box spring squeaks). The rooms were good sized, with entrances both to the parking lot and the front lawn, where you can relax in the lounge chairs. The pool, while we didn't use it, looked clean and well maintained.

The staff was friendly, although the young lady at the front desk didn't seem to know much about her own town (directions-wise).

Spotlessly clean, roomy, but a bit old

Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet - just what we needed for one night on the way to the White Mountains.  It's definitely an older hotel with some older amenities, but it seems to have been well-kept and offers all you need for a place to spend the night. Coffee in the room was good, but the pre-packaged continental breakfast is, well ... pre-packaged.  It does the trick for a quick bite to start your day, but doesn't quite feel like breakfast.  Still, a nice place to stay.  Note:  The lobby is not open all night, so if you'll arrive late, be sure to call.

Great Stay - Value, Location

We were heading to Northern New Hampshire and stayed at this hotel. It is a simple, clean, comfortable and affordable place to spend a night or two. The staff was friendly and helpful in suggesting places for eating and having a drink. It was quiet and very close to downtown.

Great place to stay

Very nice and nice receptionist, spacious and clean rooms, comfortable beds, bathroom absolutely worth checking out, great wifi, breakfast almost non-existent but we managed to do it in the lawn in front of the rooms and that alone is worth an extra ball!

Great for a break.

Stayed here for one night during a road trip to Maine. It was perfect. Immaculately clean. Comfortable beds. Extra pillows. We arrived very late, but had no trouble getting our keys and into our room in less than 5min. Room was very large. Despite being right off the highway, it was quiet. A/C worked well. Everyone slept soundly. Will definitely stay again if we are passing through this we way. Also, the manager recommended Topic of the Town for breakfast and it was really good!

Immaculate and quiet

We ended up in this motel a bit by default because the other motels were full, and we don't regret staying here and we'll be back at this place next time because the reception was excellent and the price-quality ratio was perfect.

Excellent value for money

The motel is very close to the Interstate exit, but still very quiet. The motel is very well maintained and very clean overall, we felt very safe and very comfortable here. We had a very spacious room with 2 people with 2 queen beds, a kettle, refrigerator and TV. The WLAN was free and fast. The quality of sleep was excellent. The bathroom is large, the shower is flawless, soap and shampoo are available. A fan is available at the reception. The breakfast was simple but sufficient. Parking as usual at a motel right outside the door. Check-in and check-out personnel quickly and uncomplicated. See free sleep.

Clean motel in good condition

Everything was perfect. Clean, comfortable, quiet. It's an old motel, but it was very well maintained and updated with a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. We didn't try the pool because it was too early in the season. There's a simple breakfast.
