It’s not much more than a flop house. Absolutely shocking! Stayed one night only if the 9 nights and couldn’t escape fast enough. It was noisy, it was depressing and my fault really for not checking the ratings before I pressed the book button!! Might be ok for 18yo backpackers 

Worst of the worst

This is a room on a budget which is what I needed. There's a bit more noise and food smells than I expected but the space was clean and safe which was most important. Plus, again, the location is PERFECT. Also, Min, the person checking us in and responding to my emails, was such a nice person. He is also sending back my charger which I left in the room. Overall, i would tell others to go and would myself, stay there again.

Perfect location

The building is strategically located and is divided into several apartments with different managers. Comfortable the night doorman who gives you the opportunity to check in even at 2 a.m. as happened to us.Comfortable the possibility to leave the suitcases in the office for 'just' 5 dollars a neck.For the text everything to forget. We booked 2 apartments, identical both in the furniture and in poor cleaning care. We had the impression that everything was very neglected, that the dust had not been licking it for a long time, that the sheets had not been changed, but the previous bones had not even been removed and as we preferred to sleep over the phone cover because it made a very hot piece.

Comfortable but dirty

with the amount of money we paid for the property, it was quite okay. although the cleanliness needs to be improved. the security guard and the host were friendly and helpful. other than that, the room was 3/5. beds were nice and comfy. bathroom was ok. but the common areas are a little dusty and some corner has strands of hair. we also spotted some insects in the room. GREAT location though. but I will find other airbnbs if the price is still affordable. 

What you pay is what you get

The only good thing about this place is the central location. Staff are miserable, rooms are tired and extremely small and basic. And for the whole time we were there there was building works going on right outside that were noisy the whole night so don’t go in the next few months if you want any sleep!!

Awful

We booked 2 nights, the photos don't match the performance we had at all, electrical footage maintained with scotch, very dirty shower apartment, it's a shame to rent accommodations like this especially at 350€/night for 3 people, it's a real robbery!

It's a shame.

We stayed in this apartment for seven days and it was a great compromise! Great location right behind the Empire State Building, clean place. Ideal for those who plan on having breakfast at home, visiting all day and coming back after dinner! We were four and didn't bother each other.

It's a good compromise.

We had studio #10 for 4 adults and the place was clean and what the pictures show.  The check in & out process was quick and efficient.  Everything we asked for the office staff was quick to provide us with.  The staff was pleasant.  

Nice location

The first thing is that the accommodation in New York is prohibitive. When you get to the city you find out that not only that, but everything else too. It's central and the street is safe. The check-in was done the next day because we arrived out of time and left the keys in the main reception. The owners have an office at the bottom where they manage all the apartments they have in the building, which are not few. Cons: not cleaned even a day of your stay or anything else, you have to come down to replenish the towels or toilet paper. The bathroom is so small that it can hurt a person. The first day there was an incident, I saw a mouse infusion on top of a prospectus in the Esquina.

I wouldn't recommend it, I mean.

Great location  so easy to get around to all the major sights, but basic and with little improvements could be so much better. More toiletries and updated furniture. On the plus side great location and v friendly staff and v clean.
