It feels like a motel. You have to drive around to enter your room through the back. My room had doors that connected me to both of my neighbors. There is barely any noise insulation, you can hear your neighbors and people in the hallways. My towel wasn't clean. The entire place is pretty run-down.

Motel quality

Was looking for a place with good reviews for an unplanned last minute stay. The price was cheap but the stay was awesome. Excellent AC. Super clean looks like the rooms were recently re-done. Real Upstate vibe. Lush gardens and quite peaceful all around. I ended up returning again the next week.

Awesome Stay

Stayed there the night before a race - they gave a later check out time, which was wonderful!!  The staff that I interacted with was great and very friendly - It was clean - no concerns to voice - I did walk through a hang out area that looked like families would enjoy  

Perfect for what I needed it for

Excellent hotel except pool area has Sana and locker room don't work pool cold chemical storage room off pool not secured kids can get in play with chemicals other maintenance storage areas not secured also alot of hazards and u won't forget Betty the personable maid who does not change sheets

 Very disappointed, since the minute I got to the room. 
#1 Room looked nice but Smelled musty and the smell of cigarettes was unbearable. I immediately called the front desk to change my non- smoking room16, they said they were going to see if they have a different room and they were going to let housekeeping know. Am still waiting for a different room ( no call back ). Housekeeping came in and sprayed the room which made it smell good but that lasted only so much. What I can’t understand is that they charge you $250 if you do not comply with the hotel rules like “ No Smoking “ but what happens if the hotel doesn’t comply with their own rules — Do I get a $250 credit ???? Something to think about Ramada. Only reason why I didnt leave the hotel was, Valentine’s Day weekend and every other place was booked. 
#2 there was no heating in the hallways. As I made my way to the Pool from the second building, it was FREEZING and I checked all the heaters in hallways OFF. 
#3 there are spiders in the pools area. I had one crawled down on me from my head. Pictures attached of spider bite. What a disaster. And to top it all the water was so cold. 
#4 Breakfast was a major disaster. Imagine having the whole hotel getting breakfast from a small closet... That’s exactly what happened. It was crazy and very messy. The staff was not hospitable and not organized. Not much of a hot selection. We skipped it and went to the Dunkin Donut.  
This is the first time I have ever been disappointed by Ramada Hotels. I will not be staying here again 


Was mislead by the 4 star rating 

Hotel was nice and service was great. Only issue I have is that the pool is freezing. I assumed it was heated because it’s hot in the room but the actual water is cold. I couldn’t stay in longer than 20 minutes.

Pretty good

Low price, high quality, professional and courteous.  The entire stay was flawless.  I could not have asked for more.  Staff was great, atmosphere near perfect.  The location was ideal.  Had all the amenities include ask for.  Did I mention the cost?  Great job to all!

As close to perfection as I've seen

Our stay at the Ramada in Rock Hill was fine.  The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly.  Our room was quiet, as we had requested.  The free breakfast was tasty and varied with an automatic pancake maker.  The hotel has several buildings connected by long hallways.  There are 3 good restaurants across the street and next door, and they will deliver to your room.  The only down side, is that cell service within the hotel was a challenge, and you had to go outside to get a connection.  I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in or near Rock Hill.  

Great Service!

For the Catskills, this is a great location at not great expense. The hotel is located in little Rock Hill right off 17, and there isn't much in Rock Hill, but there are restaurants and the hotel itself has 2 plus a brew pub attached. If you want a decent hotel room at a decent price, this is quite good, particularly if you need event space, which the hotel has. It is well equipped with all the amenities (the indoor pool was closed when we were there) and you don't have to be outside in the winter to walk between rooms and facilities, as there is a heated corridor. The breakfast is OK, basic hotel continental, though there was a working pancake machine I liked. My complaints were that the rooms are not sound proofed and they needed some maintenance. Clean, but somebody should really walk the whole hotel room by room and really check out what needs to be fixed and refurbished. I found the rooms well appointed, though the fridge was tiny, but they were dark needing more lighting fixtures. I would stay here again and recommend it.

Great location, could use some refreshing

nice for an overnight stay, really wish the pool was working, coffee pots in rooms could use a cleaning so your tea does not taste like coffee, all rooms should have microwaves, nice size on the mini fridge
