My husband and I stayed at the Bed and Breakfast for our anniversary.  Of all the bed and breakfasts we have been too, this one is by far the best.  Exceptional service.  Margo was so welcoming, met us when we got there and showed us around.  The house is spacious, clean and accommodating.   The rooms were tidy, well kept.   All amenities in the adjoining bathroom.   She made us feel at home.  Margo and Barry made our stay amazing.  The smell of coffee aroma in the morning.  She made sure to ask if we had any special requests for breakfast.  The breakfast crepes and egg braid were wonderful!!  the coffee was amazing!!  They are such warm hearted and friendly people.   They know about the town and were able to give us tips.  It is such an excellent location, right in the heart of Newaygo close to the river, shops, and restaurants including the Brewery which has the best Cherry Cider.  The bait store is a few doors down and the owner Ron is awesome!  Everyone in the town is so friendly.  This bed and breakfast truly feels like  home away from home!  Can't wait to go back.

Warm and Welcoming stay

My boyfriend and I stayed Saturday night to Sunday, didn’t know what to expect, but we were very impressed with our stay. It was very clean, the breakfast was awesome and there was a wide variety, even for me as a vegetarian. It’s in a really nice location, downtown newaygo with all the restaurants and shops but set back from the road with beautiful trees, wrap around porch and gorgeous patio. The innkeepers were two of the friendliest people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting, and I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

Amazing people, great food, best place to stay in the area.

Wonderful place, new Inn Keeper and what a sweetheart. Beautiful little town with lot's of artistic shops to stop in. I would recommend this B & B to anyone. I stayed in the Lumberman Suite with an on suite bath and big posted bed. Very Manly and clean.

B&B Traveler

My husband and I stayed at the b&b for a few days over Christmas. We were the only ones there so had easy access to the shared bathroom which was across the passage. The room was small but cosy and warm. We had access to the shared spaces - TV, dining room and tea and coffee always available. The host, Nola was lovely and very accommodating. Breakfast was great - one of the best we’ve had in the US!
The facility was within easy walking distance to the shops in Newaygo which was great as we didn’t have a car.
Would definitely recommend to anyone to stay here.

Lovely experience

We were there during the changeover of innkeepers which hopefully is a change for the better.  Normal incidentals were not provided such as Kleenex, glasses in bathroom, drinking water.  Innkeeper said the owner wouldn't provide.  Had to make check out to the innkeeper personally -- where did that really go??
No place to sit with our friends in the evening as the innkeepers were there with their friends.
Room was not clean including dirty throw rugs.  The innkeepers do not make beds or change towels everyday.  Would never go back to this place although we really enjoyed the area and would come back to Michigan!
