Wonderful customer service, so accommodating, and a super clean place. We already booked again for another stay later in 2024.  It was a great place for a family gathering with the option to rent a party room. 

Super place to stay

Excellent service . The room was clean and the breakfast was excellent. When we arrived after a long day of travelling, there was chilli available , one of the young ladies had made chocolate chip cookies. Also which doesn’t happen enough there was a container of water with fresh lemons in it. We enjoyed a pleasant evening and were well rested for the next travelling day, 


Pleasant stay.

We spent one night here while passing through North Branch. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. However, the check-in process was very slow. Our room preferences were ignored. The thermostat on the heater didn't seem to work (it just kept getting hotter and hotter). And the breakfast was very poorly stocked - we had to keep asking for things. 

Very disappointed

I enjoyed my stay and staff were all very welcoming. I was given an early check-in,  had to pay an extra $25 for this service, but I needed time to get ready for my son's wedding. All in all, I was very happy with my stay.

Wonderful

Room was clean with nice soft pillows and bed.  Front desk was nice though at check in their was some confusion on my room.  I had already called ahead of time to book mine and my moms handicap room and was told I could have a room close to my moms handicap room.  On monday my bank account showed 2 transactions from hotel. One for my 2 night stay and 1 or an additional night stay.  Upon calling hotel nobody including manager could find this additional charge. I was told it was a preauthorization and the bank would drop it in a few days.  I called my bank and this is not the case, it has already posted to my account through my debit card.  Bank told me to call hotel back, so I did and got the same answer.  So I called shazam and reported it fraudulent.  Shazam will reimburse me after I fill out some forms.  But all in all the hotel acts as if they did nothing wrong and it clearly shows 2 debits from my acct to them.  Somebody doesn't know what they are doing.  I will never stay here again.  I have wasted hours on this $179 room which is way over priced.  They have had some type of water damage and it smells musty in the hallways and our carpet in room felt cold like it was wet.  Handicap room is nice other than the closet in the way when you first come in door to the left.  Nobody with a wheelchair could get through there. No room for someone to hold door inside for them to get in.  Luckily my mom walks with a walker and was able to hold door till I could get inside.

Charged extra night on our debit card and was told by hotel, not  their problem to call bank.

Nice place, but pool was down our entire stay we were told each day it’ll probably be open later, never happened. Breakfast was ok, staff were nice. Rooms were clean and good water pressure in the shower.

If you use this motel and book with points you need to check your records because I am a Wyndham rewards member and they took 15,000 points off my rewards and they also charged me $151.55, so be very careful! I would have thought that their accounting department would have caught it and notified me. I have been in business all my life and when your balance sheet is off $151.55 you need to check into it. But no they just let it go and ripped me off.

If you need an elevator to reach the 2nd floor, there isn't one.  Buying breakfast at McDonalds would have been better than food provided. The only coffee that was worth drinking was in the lobby, room coffee just like drinking colored hot water. Beds are extremely hard.

Drive on, don't bother

bathroom still dirty floor, shower curtain was yellow and disgusting, only 1 bath towel, no ice bucket liners, no cups, tub wouldn't drain - stood in 4 inches of water with the nasty shower curtain in it as well.  items left in freezer from prior guest, no coffee, property ice maker wasn't working, breakfast was barely warm, fruit/bars was never stocked the 3 days we were there.

The cost of this room was not a good value.  The poll area hot tub was not available for guests because there as a significant problem with the water chemistry.  There was no one at this hotel that could correct the problem.  They have to wait until an outside vender could come in a day or two to fix the problem.  The pool was available, but the hot tub was the reason I selected this hotel.
